C. W.Alive and Singing is a fabulous, community, rock and pop choir of which I’ve been proud to be a member for the past 7 years. We are led by the talented and lovely Barbara, who has kept us going through the pandemic, both online and back in person, keeping us singing and safe. Great fun, great songs, great friends, just love love love my choir ❤️
B. A.After contacting Barbara about joining the choir not having sang in one before but always wanted to we told we can all sing and was encouraged to come along and see for myself. I did so a couple of weeks ago and was uplifted by the songs the friendly atmosphere the humour the choir received from Barbara

S. W.A great community choir for people who just love singing for sheer enjoyment. No auditions are required, everyone is welcome to come and sing, and many friendships are made along the way. There are opportunities to sing in concerts and make recordings. Barbara kept the choir going all through lockdown by using zoom, and the safety of the whole community has always been a priority.

I also love the Covid guidelines - temperature taken when you arrive, wearing a mask when not sitting or singing and lateral flow tests before each practice, real peace of mind!

She is very welcoming, and there is no audition to get nervous about!
