D. C.Frankly amazing! I was so upset when my Gibson Les Paul snapped it's headstock just by falling off the sofa. Multiple fragments all over the place, complex metallic paint finish. I was beside myself. My advice is don't mess around with it and try to bring all fragments with you when you see Bob. I was amazed with the level of detail, dedication and craftsmanship which obviously comes from years of experience. Amazing value considering the amount of work he did. I was expecting good things as I'd heard that Bob was good but what I got back was simply astounding. It looks entirely new again. Thanks so much for looking after it Bob! You really are a master craftsman.

4. 4.He has the experience and knowledge to advise on what you need, and also what you DON'T need doing.- he has transformed the playability of my 43 year old guitar into a smooth and fast
playing beautiful instrument and it is now my favourite guitar again. Highly recommended, he'll be looking at another one of my guitars very soon.
T. P.I saw the reviews on Google and immediately got in touch with Bob. I explained what I needed doing and picked it up today and am absolutely pleased with the results. New fret set up and new strings on my acoustic Martin Smith guitar. Found Bob and his wife very helpful too as I'm a wheelchair user and nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't have a problem going back to Bob when needed and would also recommend him.
R. R.Bob has set up, redressed the frets and fixed the electrics on my telecaster. He has also set up, redressed the frets and converted my Rickenbacker from a 12 string to a 6 string.
I just couldn't be happier with the work carried out. He's done an amazing job. I've left my Dad's old Hofner Colorama for him to look at, and can't wait to see the results. I will use Bob for all my guitar set ups from now on.

l. m.My beloved guitar had been dropped and I truly believed it was the end for it as the headstock completely snapped . A friend of mine recommended Bob and he was able to do an amazing job and my guitar was fixed!!
