The best high end audio experts in Brighton, really knowledgeable and friendly staff with amazing customer service. They made the extra effort to help repair my old Rega planar3 quickly and at a very reasonable price! Very happy customer!

This is exactly what a great high-street store should be. I came in today looking for a new stylus for my vinyl player, a relatively small purchase compared to the other products on display, and was treated with the upmost attention and friendliness from all staff in the store. The guys in here know everything there is to know, but could not be more polite and humble in their expertise. If you are spending any sort of money on Hi-Fi, do yourself a favour and come ask what these guys think!

Do not be put off by the high Hi-Fi end perception versus the other high street AV shops. The guys at Audio T-Brighton are patient, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and give really good advice. They actually advised me to spend less recently to get the right sound for my budget. I am very happy with their advice and most of all the results the sound.

Brilliant business. We'd had a poor experience at Richer sounds and John at Audio T could not have been more different. Took the time to talk through all the options. Gave us lots of demos. Many thanks to Julian and the guys at Brighton who were so helpful during my search for new speakers. I tried a couple of pairs at home and settled for the ATC SCM19s which sound absolutely superb after only a couple of weeks run in. My previous Keleidhs had been in my system for well over 20 years and were originally purchased from Jefferies HiFi in Eastbourne, and it was good to see the same enthusiasm and customer service in evidence. The best audio kit sold by super knowledgeable people. I've bought amps, turntables, speakers and cables from them and they last for years. Yes it's pricey, but if you have budget, go down and get some advice, these guys know their stuff.

Now with a second major purchase I highly recommend the team at audio t brighton. Now the proud owner of a uniti atom all in one streamer and rega rx5 speakers. Julian made a site visit during our extension build to recommend on placement and necessary cabling. John provided a number of budget choices. Paul allowed me to hear a chosen selection to help with the decision & then personally installed the system in my home. Why would you buy decent hifi systems anywhere else?

I have been purchasing hi-fi from here for more years than I care to remember, I have purchased equipment from them as Audio T and in their previous incarnation as Jefferies for getting on for 30 years. If you want to buy good quality hi fi then they are the only shop in the area that chooses what they sell on sound quality alone. Very knowledgable and helpful staff who don't pounce on you, instead give you a few moments to browse before asking if you want help. There are a couple of listening areas including a dedicated AV room for those into their projectors and surround sound. I wouldn't buy audio equipment from anywhere else in the city.
