I have known Henry as my guitar teacher and friend for many years now. He is an absolutely fantastic teacher, always able to keep the lessons interesting, challenging and tailored specifically to my needs. It is also a huge convenience to not have to travel and learn from the comfort of my own home. I wouldn't recommend anybody else!

Henry is an excellent guitar teacher who approaches every single lesson with enthusiasm. Over a number of years we focused mainly on fingerstyle guitar - I don't think there are many teachers able to play fingerstyle as well, or teach it as well as Henry does. Henry also teaches electric and as you'd expect he's amazing at that too!

The key to successful tuition is empathy, mutual respect, and a strong relationship. My son has ADHD, Asperger Syndrome, Sensory Overload Disorder and Tourette Syndrome. Getting his attention, maintaining his attention, and inspiring him to want to do more is no mean feat. Henry Wilson started teaching him guitar at age 7. At age 14 he still has weekly lessons with Henry and he loves playing guitar more than ever. That love of playing is entirely down to Henry. Remember that one teacher you had when you were young, who inspired you and made you feel special? Henry is that teacher - you have my word.

Henry is a flexible and patient teacher who lets me choose music that I like for fun but he will also suggest pieces that will stretch me a little too. Lessons are structured in a way that enables me to learn new pieces quickly but also pays attention to theory at the same time. He is an excellent teacher, five stars from me!
