Outstanding customer service in the Cardiff store. Very helpful, explained anything I didn't understand about players and amplifiers (which was a lot!) and weren't at all pushy at any time during my experience. Great service. Will be recommending to all my friends and any music lovers out there!

Recently purchased a Rega P6 and Rega Apollo from Audio T Cardiff. Totally impressed their knowledge and excellent service. These Guys are enthusiasts, and they really know what they are talking about. Also, they do not employ any high pressure sales techniques! Very highly recommended for their honesty and knowledge. Will be using Audio T from now on.

Excellent professional advice from Kerrin when I needed a new CD Player to replace my ageing Musical Fidelity player. He demonstrated several models for us, with no hard sell and we are delighted with the one we chose - in fact we were so impressed we also bought a new TV and Blue ray Player. The installation by Matt was also first class. AudioT is definitely the best place to go in Cardiff for quality Hi Fi equipment. Highly recommended!

Top Shop very helpful staff. Great on advice. no pushy sales. I have been back again to Cardiff branch. Very helpful to me buying some Leema acoustics equipment Tucana silver anniversary amp and Elements cd player.Very helpful demos had a bit of a wait for Leema to supply but that was due to shortage of parts. Without a shadow of doubt, THE best audio shop in Britain. I kid not! Just got a pretty. Good system after a 20 yr, hiatus. No gimmicks, Capt. Nick, and abs.Mat, came up 25 miles away, after work. Installed my shiney new RP10, micro bentz, tri. Chord phono, lemur streamer and cd( showing incredible patience with. This doddering’ole fart), Nytch pre/power rounded off with Spender 7H’s { one of the best speakers out there - which nick introduced me to) I have a system that I hear the music, not the system. All done and ordered fitted with a friendly good natured and extremely knowledgable staff! As always ‘ above and beyond’. Cheers too to Hef, whose ‘retired’ ! I bought some speakers and cables here today. Great service from the guys, who had plenty of time for my (many) questions. The great thing is that they are experts in their field and suggested products that were better suited for my system (and cheaper) than what I had originally planned to buy. I also wanted to buy a new stylus but they told me that the one I had was perfectly fine for my turntable.. you can't beat that!

I can recommend Audio T as a company who knows all about customer care. The products are top quality and of a wide range. What a fantastic place to shop with the personal touch. I have purchased many items here over the last 18 months and Hefin, Nick and Gareth are absolutely fantastic. I usually deal with Hefin and Hefin always goes out of his way to help you make the best choice for yourself, not the product they want to sell you like most other shops. They really do want you to be happy and this is why I keep going back! If only I had a limitless credit card I would of spent so much more money here! Very trustworthy staff, a great atmosphere. Much more pleasant than going into Richer sounds! Absolutely faultless service.
