Been to why buy new/Get in the mix and let me tell you the staff and the products they offer for the price you seriously can’t beat it. Honestly there are lots of bad reviews for why buy new. But by my experience let me tell you. I recommend this DJ store out of all the places. Staff is very nice and patient. Very knowledgeable as well. And I’ve demoed a couple of the products they have a available to try and brought a few pioneer speakers and mixer and all the accessories from them and they are the madness. So, don’t get of put off by these very bizarre reviews. When there available to let you in and have a look round the store. Go give it a look and trust them! Don’t avoid!

Cannot fault this company.Have now purchased a couple of items from them in the last few weeks and delivery is next day and they offer the best prices going. I spoke to James both times who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient. Keep up the good work!

Very quick service at great prices. I had ordered a product from a different supplier but the order kept getting delayed as they were awaiting stock from Alesis. I took a chance with whybuynew who I had not heard of prior to this occasion and I was initially apprehensive as I had not heard of them before but I had no problems. I contacted their customer service to enquire about the product and received great, friendly customer service. Product arrived the next day with free delivery and was in great condition. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Ordered couple of reloop rp 4000 mk2's one didn't work. Customer services where very good in quick turn around sorting me replacement. They wasn't my 1st choice of players has wanted the numark ndx500's but bopdj or djkit didn't have any in. Phoed why buy new and he swayed me over to turntables lol.they look good even with covers on.

It took be a couple of weeks, but felt I should let you know how pleased I am with the record player [Ion Premier LP] that I bought from Audio Visual Commodity Ltd. I realise that it will need some extra speakers etc to gain full tonal effect, but I wonder why I waited so long to be able to listen to my LP collection again! Most of all I would like to thank you, for the extensive work in response to my telephone query on sizes, base supports and other features. The player fits the space with room to spare, the base supports fully on the shelf, and the greatest benefit is that the lid holds itself open, and although the shelf above does not allow full opening, the lid holds against it on its ‘spring’ hinges, leaving one ‘hands free’ for loading and cleaning the record. Excellent!! The only frustration, beyond your control, was that the delivery did not make it on the promised Monday – I think there were major hold ups on the M6 – but it arrived exactly at the ‘tracked time’ on Tuesday. Altogether a splendid purchase with excellent service from James – and his colleague when I came to sort out the PayPal and different addresses for payment and delivery.
