I phoned to arrange an appointment, and Helen very kindly arranged for me to see Tim on the same day! Tim was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me an honest appraisal of my violin and advised me AGAINST buying a new bow. I was then able to try some of the many wonderful instruments which he had on display. All in all, a most enjoyable experience - I cannot recommend him highly enough.
