Great shop.
Jamie McLaren is a delight to talk to and his other colleagues are fantastic aswell inc Elliot who tunes my piano.
The place is immaculate, very classy done and every piano is well sorted and presented for ye to try and the staff are magic.
I traded my baby grand into him many years ago and bought my Yamaha Disklavier baby grand which I've had for 7 years.
Great service and has even recommended great folk whenever he is too full to sort us out like when I needed my piano moved when moving house. Guys were 1st class which just shows what an honest business he runs
He has also been a gem in loaning his Yamaha upright to us at Dobbies Milngavie for several years which I use several times a week whilst working during my breaks to entertain our customers and have raised thousands for the TCT and our local hospice charities aswell as make Youtube videos which without his generosity I'd never have gained the recognition I have with many folk coming into see me every week and make our store a unique attraction and no doubt beneficial for all of us.
Highly recommended and well worth visiting.

Wonderful selection of pianos (upright, grand, and digital). Especially loved the Yamaha C3X grand. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Jamie was extremely professional, polite and he did what he said he would. They offered me the piano at a competitive price and they were good enough to strip all the brass parts of the piano and send it down south to get electroplated in brushed steel as per my request. Even though the company down south lost 2 silver pins and it wasn't Jamie's liability, he was kind enough to source new pins, free of charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
After trying for several months to find a Piano company to meet my requests, and having had a bad experience with Rimmers in Edinburgh, with false promises and full payment up front, McLarens Pianos were a breath fresh of air. Steven Kermack

Really delighted with our piano from McLaren's. Excellent service and a very competitive price. It was also great being able to visit a showroom and see a range of pianos - Jamie was extremely helpful and we were in no doubt where to go when we decided to buy.

I visited a couple of retailers, and compared with private purchases but felt very well service with good value at McLarens.

Jamie and a colleague came round to move a piano from one room to another, and I was so impressed by their speed, efficiency and (I have to say it) charm. They exuded reliability. A very happy customer.

Plenty of opportunity given to try out pianos, with no pressure, in great showroom setting on Clydeside. Friendly, expert staff helped out over a number of visits before recent purchase of a new Yamaha piano. Delighted now with all arrangements for delivery and on-going support. Highly recommended.

I called in to enquire about a digital piano on the website and the owner, Jamie, was so helpful. They unfortunately were out of stock but after the call he contacted the supplier and got back to me to let me know when the next delivery would be, and suggested other options for me. Really great service, would recommend to anyone looking for advice making a purchase!

Purchased a piano here. Excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable guy called Jamie who talked me through the whole experience. Warm, friendly and great after sale experience too. Can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent experience, very friendly and helpful hosts in all aspects (musically and financially). I had the chance to try all the pianos, playing for more than an hour to find out what is the best for my needs.

Lovely small showroom but packed with choice. No hovering sales people, just let you take a look and try as you like. Still not decided which model to buy but will be back when I do.

Jamie is so helpful. We bought a piano from him about 5 years ago and the after sales service is great. Highly recommend.

My personal journey to find the perfect piano took me first to Edinburgh, then to Glasgow, to London and finally back to Glasgow. Over a period of six months, I played more than fifty upright pianos before settling for a beautiful Bluthner Model A which I bought from McLaren's Pianos in Glasgow. The staff at McLaren's could not have been more helpful and supportive. They were the opposite of "pushy"' encouraging me to take my time and consider every option before making my final decision. My piano was delivered by a team of specialist piano movers and arrived in perfect condition. Subsequent enquiries and questions have been dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with McLaren's who will be maintaining my piano in the years to come. Many thanks to Jamie, Alice and Elliot from one delighted customer.
