C. C.We were greeted by the wonderful Gemma who made a same day appointment for my Mum, upon our arrival Gemma greeted us with a fantastic & warm welcome, she was very engaging & clearly has a focus for outstanding customer service.
Mark attended to my Mum’s assessment & my Mum was absolutely blown away by the level of discussion & testing. Mark displayed exemplary empathy and understanding, taking his time to explain everything in detail.
Overall I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who values quality staff and a focus on better health outcomes.
J. P.I have been experience a change in my hearing which I wanted to talk to an expert about. I had never had a hearing test before and was very impressed with the way that my appointment was handled. They were welcoming, friendly and professional. I was given a fully explanation of how my ear works and what might be happening. After the test a report is sent to my Doctors for information. I have a relative who is struggling with her hearing and I was able to talk to her about my positive experience in the hope that she will make an appointment with her local branch. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has a concern.
B. A.Never having considered such a thing before, I had no pre-set ideas - I was mainly curious. I was aware of some minor problems having had worsening constant Tinnitus for at least the last 6 or 7 years. Also having been in the Music Business Profressìonally since 1961 as Singer, Guitarist, Composer, Record Producer, & Music Publisher, I was aware I had lost the very top frequencies. So, I had a test which confirmed all I have said.# The test was competent. The price of the suggested appliance was a lot more than expected. I try never to make snap decisions without full consideration, & several technical questions have occurred to me since the test, being Engineering trained on leaving school for 4 years.# I intend to continue to mull it over, & return with my questions.#
