Paul is a fantastic guitar teacher and a great bloke who I highly recommend. Having never played a musical instrument before, I decided to start guitar lessons with Paul a few months ago and can already see the benefit. Paul is very knowledgeable and keeps his lessons interesting and fun whilst remaining VERY patient with his students. I really enjoy my lessons with him which are always interesting and explained in a way which makes them easy to follow/understand. I can already notice an improvement in my playing. Thanks a lot for your help Paul!

Paul is a great guitar teacher and I would recommend without reservation. He also happens to be a super nice guy and has the patience of a saint!! As a 46 year old complete beginner, Paul taught me the basics whilst keeping it interesting with good pieces to learn from early on. He’s now broadening my range of guitar skills which I’m loving learning. I’m so grateful to Paul and really excited as I can see a lifelong ambition of being able to play for enjoyment is happening. I’ve had a dream of jamming with my fours sons (who‘ve all been playing longer than me) and it’s so cool when we do. Having never had any guitar lessons before, being mainly self taught and not playing guitar for a long time I was slightly daunted by the idea of having lessons but I shouldn't have been. First and foremost Paul is friendly and puts you at ease, he's an excellent teacher, patient and a great communicator, always asking what you want to get out of lessons. Since having lessons with Paul my ability to play the songs and style of guitar I have always wanted to be able to play has increased. If you're a beginner or have dipped your toe into playing guitar in the past and found it too hard or if you have fell off like I did I would strongly recommend Paul to anybody.

Paul is an excellent guitar teacher from both a practical and theoretical perspective. He has a real passion for the guitar, which he passes on to his students. Available in the Liverpool store, at your home and online I would recommend Paul to anyone looking to learn or improve. I’ve known him for many years and had the pleasure of playing gigs together.
