Really great service and quality from Alex, I can't speak highly enough of him. I have a very old Harmony H75 which needed a refurb more than a service, Alex completely took it apart and restored everything to as good as you can get a guitar of this age, and handed me back an instrument that I hadn't seen since I bought her in 1989! Alex kept me updated all the way through - videos, pics of WIP and consulted on what should be done. It can't have been the easiest of jobs. He also sorted out my acoustic and was totally transparent about a flaw in the guitar itself, which I can live with. Alex...my Tele needs setting up now.

I came across this shop on google after looking for places around my area that could fit new strings on a classical guitar as my one had a broken string and i had the same ones for more than 10 years. Alex was a really awesome person and did such an amazing work, which i cant stress this enough because he did wonders to my guitar. My guitar looked old and somehow used but after he did his magic it looked like a professional guitar i must say. He even went to lenghts to make the strings to nearer the frets and oh boy that even gives a better touch feeling to the strings and makes it easier to make the chords. I was really impressed for the work that he did and Im really glad i found him on google that day :)

Brought my guitar to Alex for a check-up and servicing. He is not only super knowledgeable but also great at explaining the process, always keeping you up to date. The service was fast and my guitar plays now better even than when brand new. Totally recommend!

I would highly recommend Alex. He was in constant contact with regards to the progress of selling my guitar as well as providing a complete spec up prior to posting to sell. Even though we didn't manage to sell my guitar it was mainly down to me not wanting to reduce the price i wanted to sell for. I honestly believe he couldn't have done more and would go to him first without a shadow of a doubt if i was looking to sell again.
