They require you to air out and clean the rooms for 10 minutes in between different people entering. We intended to audition 6 drummers, over 3 hours, 30 minute slots each. With their 10min rule we'd be airing the room out 1 hour out of 3. That's insane. Not to mention that there's no logic to this rule either. Used to rehearse here regularly. Booked elsewhere now.

Amazing set up in Acton. Super well soundproofed rehearsal studios. Used room 5 for a full day.

Good space for rehearsals. Room 6 at the top is great but brace yourself for a long walk if you're lugging amps up two flights of stairs!

For my first experience in a music studio , it was simply amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything and the space is brilliant, it's really easy to get to and parking wasn't too much of a problem for the fact that there were so many of us. Would go there again and would definitely recommend.

-update, They seem to still require people to use facemasks and didn't make that known to us when booking. They have since tyided the rooms up a bit and redecorated, looks better Old review - It's ok, not my favourite place to rehearse. Rooms are warn down and feel dirty.. But there is worse places to rehearse in London I guess

This place was a real sweet surprise. Just off the north circular and with car parking space, it offers rooms of any size, well equipped and with air conditioning. I spent last Sunday afternoon in the biggest room and it really makes you feel that it's going to be a very comfortable and productive rehearsal session. I'll suggest this rooms for sure in the future also because of the price which is really fair! Only thing to keep in mind is that all the rooms are on the upper floors and are to be reached via the stairs. I'd give 6 stars if I could!!

Large well equipped practise rooms, a bit smelly but you get used to it.. Not much in the way of refreshments so bring your own. Bring your own cymbals as well as they will charge you for some very shabby ones if you forget. Don't miss out on the excellent Lebanese supermarket just round the corner.

Update! We returned to practicing at Panic after lockdown and we were very happy with the measures in place to ensure safety - 2 metre marks throughout the building and in rooms to help social distancing - sanitiser gel available at various points - masks worn in all the communal areas - hot water and soap for hand washing. - Rooms were cleaned between sessions - Arrival times staggered to ensure that only one band arrives at a time. Practice here all the time! The staff are really friendly and cool, the equipment is of a high standard and well maintained and the rooms are big and clean. Very reasonable rates too - highly recommended!

Friendly professional staff, easy booking system, great studios, aircon, comfortable and hygienic, reasonably priced. Could have some better equipment (newer amps, etc.) and sort out the aircon units, which work, but aren't easy to regulate. Still one of the best in West London area.

This place is well equipped with PA, Blackstar stack amps at no extra cost to the room, very helpful staff and very nicely sized rooms but without that classic 'rehearsal room odour'! Very trafficable priced too

I've been going to Panic for over 10 years and I've always loved it. Everything is well organised, the equipment is always reliable, there's food and drinks and music accessories like drumsticks and earplugs to buy. The staff are always very cool too.

Decent rehearsal studio. 3 floors, 5 rehearsals rooms and upstairs toilets. Refreshments are available to buy at the reception too. Has become a regular for me and my band. As expected for the area, Parking is tight.

A band practice space with air con. With air con! Air con that works! What more could you want? Great kit available for hire, the bass amp was monstrous in the best way. Pa system etc all worked well.

Panic isn't perfect, but compared to some other places the prices are good, the equipment is generally good (bass amps are pretty good as a bass player) and the staff are generally friendly and willing to help solve problems and good for a lil chat at the end. Definitely my favourite place to rehearse :)

The staff are always polite, courteous and cool, the gear always works and is of great quality, the prices are incredibly good value. I've rehearsed in most studios in London, and this is my favourite by far.

Anybody who gives Panic Studio less than 5 star is wrong. This is the BEST.STUDIO.EVER!, of course from a drummers point of view. I use to practice here all the time from 2000 to 2002 until i went back to the US. And i never have found a better place to practice since, almost 20 years later, great to see Panic still pumpin' out sound.
