I bought a flute from Premier Flutes Lancashire branch, but the service was so good that I'm leaving a review here too! Saved me £600 on my planned purchase by giving me a choice of several flutes that could suit me, and some at much cheaper prices than my budget. Walked away with my new beautiful Miyazawa baby. A breath of fresh air as I found other places were trying to push me over my budget on occasion.

Expert and honest advice. Friendly and efficient service... I was on the lookout for a "step up" flute. However, once we discussed all of my possible options (all within my budget), I was surprised to find out that a far superior instrument was a possibility, in spite of my relatively conservative budget (albeit with a some added generosity on their part!) I would recommend looking up Premier Flutes first, before looking anywhere else. I'm very glad I took the time to contact them. Ricky

Excellent service. I ordered a Muramatsu flute by mail. It had a couple of marks, which they insisted on sending me photos of, before purchasing. The marks were almost invisible, when the flute arrived and I inspected it. Also, by far the best prices in London, my teacher sends all her students to them.

I have been so incredibly impressed by their knowledge and expertise and how they freely impart their knowledge to others. No pressure to buy, no pressure to “up sell”. Such a great place. Exceptional value! Knowledgeable staff, and really willing to give time to talk through options. My daughter was able to try several flutes and it came down to 2. with about £1500 between them. Never pushed or hurried to choose either. Totally lovely experience and we left with an exceptional, near as damn it new ex-demo flute for £3400 that should have cost over £6000. My daughters BFFF (best flute friend forever!)
