Completely fantastic service. Helpful, chatty, but no hard sell. I was free to try out the pianos without feeling pressured by having a salesperson breathing down my neck. Julia was brilliant and helped a total novice pick the right piano.

I bought a brand new upright from Morley Pianos, and they bent over backwards to let me try and compare it with others. After 3 years it developed a minor manufacturer's fault, and they came prompty twice to make sure it was diagnosed and fixed properly, all within warranty. I would strongly recommend Morley for sales and after-sales service.
