Prices are pretty fair given that the condition of the vinyl looks to be excellent, unlike many second hand record shops now.

Really is an unexpected Aladdin's cave. Lots more stock than you would expect. Found some real gems... You just need to be patient digging through the crates.

Big selection, found some great records for a good price. The owner was polite and even knocked a few quid off for a bundle. I will be visiting again when I'm back down that way :)

Absolute gem hidden away in Crystal Palace. Mark is super friendly, and hosts an impressive collection of reasonably priced wax. Have found originals from Captain Beefheart to Circle Jerks, Gravediggaz to Grand Puba, I Roy to Inner Life... Sound Vinyl has it all and then some.

SOUND VINYL
Sound Vinyl a hidden gem in the basement of BAMBINO. I have been a loyal customer since it opened a few years ago. The prices are very reasonable compared many similar record shops. Mark who runs it has records for every musical taste. From Jazz, Punk,Rock, Soundtracks, Soul, Reggae and much more.
It's open Thursday,Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
Pop along and have a look. You may find the records to start you collection or add to it.

I initially found Sound Vinyl when cycling past a vintage shop and seeing cartons of LPs out front - they were all marked £1 and while I skimmed through a bloke lent out and said "the real good stuff is in the basement." He wasn't lying! In the past few years I've found so many great LPs and 45s here - I mainly buy soul/blues/jazz/ska/funk/rockabilly and I've got great examples of each here. Plus the occasional soundtrack, folk LP and sometimes a gem from the non-Anglo world. Nice guys Mark and Andy run it and the vintage stuff upstairs is also excellent!

Must visit for Vinyl fans. Big selection of fairly priced records and the bits I looked at were in very good condition. With a great vintage store upstairs, it's well worth going out of your way to have a dig.

I great selection of records, really interesting junk, leather jackets, boots, toys... you name it! Mark keeps a well stocked record shop in the basement and it's got one of the best cafe's right next door. Joe's Bar.

A great selection of of vinyl records, 45s, LPs, jazz, reggae, rock and more, and well categorised within their genres. Plus the added bonus of visiting Bambinos is a great day out. Thursday to Sunday.
