J.Had been meaning to pop in for ages. Glad I did. A proper crate digging experience. Had a few things on my list to get, but left with two others... Will be back!
P. C.Great little record shop in the Crate Boxpark-style shipping container place. It's tiny but it's absolutely crammed, particularly jazz but also blues, gospel, country, house, techno, exotica, soundtracks and loads more.
M.A vinyl treasure! Fantastic collection with whole range of 60s records...came out with a limited edition Prince record (on a peach coloured vinyl) and 4-LP rolling stones record.
J. I.I spent a lovely hour or so flicking through the records. Had a nice chat with the friendly and enthusiastic bloke there. I bought half a dozen great records for my son who's building up a little collection of his own and saw a few records for myself that I might have to go back for. Not sure my wife is happy about this so called 'vinyl revival' though, especially now there's two of us at it. Be warned parking can be a bit tricky so best park further away and walk, or take the train or bus so you can relax and take your time in there. It's small, more like a Jamaican record shack than shop but enough records to keep you busy. A couple of nice coffee places nearby too so you can go off for refreshments mid search. Pure niceness.
