With no cereal inside..... but a t.shirt.
As usual good selection of music and quirky gifts.
L. R.It's a properly shop for fans ( music, movie, etc). But for me was everything arranged in same colours, not enough disposals signs and difficult to find that are no any games.
j. c.Great shop. Good selection and the recent tweak on the layout has helped locating new releases easier. The Staff are knowledgable and on the whole, friendly and approachable. I certainly enjoy the staff picks on CDs, and have discovered many bands and artists through these that I wouldn't have done otherwise.
One of the shops that I always go into when in town, and I never leave empty handed.

The girl with the cheshire cat tattoo in Northampton store was lovely and friendly to talk to. They have a pretty small metal collection but the vinyl is outstanding. Could of easily spent 1K in there on stuff I thought was impossible to get. The bluray horror, Disney, Marvel selections are full too. Worth travelling 40 miles to.

R. “. Z.Good selection of Blurays and DVDs. I've never really shopped for albums here so don't have much to say about their music department. Staff are friendly and helpful as usual, and it's never too busy to have a proper look around.
N. “.Great shop but they need markings or something to tell customers that the floor is uneven! Not just one area either, we found at least 2 areas that were extremely uneven and bumpy and no warning anywhere. I am disabled and almost fell over, so not happy about this as it caused extreme pain.

Prices? You can get the same titles a lot cheaper if you buy from eBay.
Overall all good store with friendly staff willing to help you find what you're looking for. And maybe a tiny bit on the higher side of prices.
S. W.Good selection of vinyl, CDs, DVDs and Blu-Rays. Get served by the nicest, friendliest human beings and have a proper conversation! With Amazon prices on the increase as they think they have the market to themselves, it's often competitive on price as well. And HMV pay their taxes. Use it or lose it!
R. Y.Haven't been in to a record shop for years. Cost me a small fortune 2 vinyl impulse buys but great to walk out with the music in my hand and know I now have it forever internet or not thank you HMV keep going I'll see you again sometime
O. G.Always love going there, great atmosphere, always got what I'm looking for and the staff are more than willing to help. Need more shops like it really, something for everyone in there, but they have a great selection on vinyl, and the blu ray choice is second to none.

P.A smaller than average HMV, allthough they are becoming a dying breed these days. Has a large range of vinyl, electronics, cds and other things you'd expect. The Staff are friendly and keep the store tidy and in order. Worth a visit as it is one of the only music stores left in Town.
M. M.All the formats, nicely organised with genre shelves too. Actual human people staff and loads of related stuff like posters and merch. Bit pricey perhaps but multibuy offers everywhere.

R.It's a HMV, knowing that HMV have got to contend with the online supplier the store is well appointed a large range of various styles of music and a very comprehensive selection of mainstream film's. Bearing in mind the size of the store this is a good store in comparison to other HMV's in the surrounding town's.
