I ordered an amp from a well known European company as it was slightly cheaper, it took a week to arrive. No problem. However when it arrived it came with a European plug (my bad, I should have known this) so that was an additional £6 to order the correct cable. Once I plugged the amp in I had nothing, it worked on earphone output only. I emailed the original seller and asked that if I changed the tube, would it affect the warranty, it's a simple job and is literally a lightbulb change. They emailed me back with a stern email about not changing it as it would void the return and asked me to return it to Germany with a 5-6 week turnaround time. Anyway... I emailed Joyo UK who I had used in the past and I was just after some advice to go about repairing it myself. The Director himself emailed me back with a couple of tips to try, he really didn't have to entertain my question as I bought it from elsewhere. We had a good exchange of conversation and Joyo UK offered to repair the faulty product, again something they really didn't have to offer at all. So what am I saying? If you want anything from Joyo, use Joyo UK. For the sake of a tenner here and there it's just worth it. Also they dispatch same day on a DPD delivery, I ordered a Jackman amp at 2pm and it was with me the following day. This is genuinely one of the best companies I've been to. Absolutely above and beyond because they genuinely give a 5h1t about people and don't just see you as a "customer". They see you as a fellow musician.

I visit here pretty much every Thursday when I can. For me this is a safe haven I can go to when I get uncomfortable while I am out and about. (I have trouble with mental issues.) The owner is amazing and very welcoming, allowing me to sit in his store for a while and just talk about random stuff and joking about. Visiting the store repeatedly (due to the fact I was waiting for a mic stand to come in stock for a while) made me decide I wanted to try take up guitar once again. I was super excited and had my eye on a guitar and when it finally came to purchasing it he made sure I had everything I need from cables to picks, a case, strap and the tuner. When ever I've got a question he answers them the best he can and gives me tips and ideas on how I can learn to play. The establishment is well organized, with everything neatly display. The prices are reasonable and there is plenty if products to choose from.

I have bought products from both the shop and the online store and on both occasions I have been very pleased with the service quality that I received, the customer service is excellent, and the items arrived without delay. I would and have recommended this shop to a friend, and I am sure to revisit in the near future. I am nothing to do with any other David grants associated with this business
