Excellent service! My Late Father bought my Mother a Grand Piano from Coach House several years ago and we have always had excellent service. When the time came to buy my Children a piano there was only one place to go! Aled looked after us and showed us all the various options but there was only one make we could buy to be a one make Family! Dan also gave me very sound advice when I went back to pay for the piano! Craig is a great piano tuner! My Wife and I cannot speak highly enough of them and just lovely people to deal with!

I had an amazing afternoon at Coach House Pianos Swansea trying a wide selection of the most beautiful pianos in their showroom! From the very first phone contact with the office team to delivery and aftercare, I was treated like a VIP! Dan's invaluable input and guidance helped me choose the best piano for me and my budget without any pressure whatsoever, plus he took into account the music I love to play including Beethoven, Chopin, Rachmaninoff and more. With so many beautiful pianos to choose from we eventually whittled it down to four pianos, any one of which would have been a perfect choice. I chose the Kawai K500 ATX4 silent piano that incorporates an acoustic piano with amazing, exciting features. I can play at any time, day or night, without disturbing anyone! With headphones on it's just me, my piano and my music. The fact I can play at any time is such a benefit, one I hadn't thought about before experiencing it at the showroom. My piano was delivered just nine days later by the delivery team who took great care to navigate some really tight corners perfectly. Thank you so much, delivery boys. Their customer aftercare is first class, especially when Dan delivered a missing cable personally to my home that very same evening! It was such a perfect, memorable day for me choosing my piano, one I will always remember, and one that was made special by Dan in the showroom and the whole team at Coach House Pianos Swansea. It's wonderful to have such a beautiful piano in the house again. Thank you all!

From the very start of our choosing two pianos for St John's College, Cardiff, we have experienced nothing but the best service from Coach House Pianos. Our new Schreiner und Söhne baby grand and a Bentley upright have fitted in magnificently to the needs of the school for teaching and performing. Literally faultless! I called to make initial enquiries about replacing my 'stop gap' piano with a Kawai GL10. Daniel was incredibly knowledgable, polite, friendly and non-pressuring. Even though I was thinking of buying a new GL10, after his helpful advice and playing a few models, I ended up buying a new GL30 through them. The moving team from Coach House have just left (also a very efficient and friendly team) and I could not be happier. Really happy I decided to buy from Coach House Pianos. The customer service throughout the whole buying process was excellent. Sam was always available to answer my (seemingly) never ending list of questions! He’s also been there whenever needed post sale too. The delivery team were fantastic - arriving on time and getting the piano up a pretty tight flight of stairs very quickly in some serious heat. I don’t see myself going anywhere else should I (likely) want to upgrade pianos in the future! From the moment I arrived at the Coach House showroom I experienced first class customer service. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful, well informed and clearly had a wealth of experience in all aspects of the piano business. They answered all my questions, gave me excellent balanced advice, allowed me to spend several uninterrupted hours playing a range of pianos, and even provided me with several cups of coffee during my visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and any potential problems with disposal of my existing piano were immediately solved. The range of new and second hand pianos was impressive. I never felt any sales pressure and was given space and time to make a decision. Subsequent phone calls and emails were unfailingly warm and friendly and I felt I was dealing with people I could trust at all times. Delivery of the new piano was extremely efficient and once again, the staff were friendly, polite and professional. I phoned Coach House about an hour after delivery to report that there was a piano malfunction. The response was faultless...apology, great concern and a commitment to rectify the problem immediately. Within a couple of hours a piano technician arrived and the problem was solved ( It was very simple to fix and was nothing more than a small mechanism slipping when the piano was moved.) I am thrilled with my new piano and know that the price I paid was very competitive. In addition, the whole Coach House experience was second to none and it is with huge enthusiasm and confidence that I recommend Coach House to anyone looking to buy a piano.

Was so lucky to meet Simon and team a few years ago! I've gone on to buy approx 10 pianos from them over the years for my students and have a gorgeous Yamaha myself from Coach House. Simon is my go-to person for anything piano related and he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things piano! I often buy second hand pianos, particularly Steinways and they have been lovingly and carefully restored by the team to the high standards and give a lovely warm played in sound, which I much prefer to new pianos, although they do those too. If you need either a new or second hand pianos, this is such a good place to start, particularly for high end pianos that will be heirloom pieces and take you to Grade 8+. Highly recommended.

On personal recommendation we took the train from East Sussex to Swansea where Coach House gave us a really tailored review of their pianos both in the showroom and the workshop. We viewed several pianos and ended up purchasing Steinway Boston upright which I am absolutely delighted with. My piano was delivered within a week of our visit and taken up our very narrow staircase whilst our old one was carried down. The three muscular delivery men said that if it had been 1" wider they would not have managed it ! They were so practical. I cannot believe what a pleasure it has been to deal with Coach House who went out of their way to ensure that the piano was the right one for me. Pat Stephenson

Dan was exceptional, he provided me with numerous options for upright pianos and the respective prices swiftly. This allowed me to make the most informed decision. Delivery was swift came within a week, courier took care however did not check the piano over. Damper pedal did not work and instruction booklet left inside the bottom of the piano. Coach house pianos were responsive in dealing with the issues with the piano. They arranged for a technician to take a look and fix the problem. Overall, coach house provided the best service and an unbeatable price and I would highly recommend them. After a few years I will likely upgrade through them.

My recent experience of buying a piano from Coach House Pianos was very positive. I visited the showroom on three occasions and each time, was able to take time to play for as long I needed. There were well-informed and experienced staff on hand to answer questions but there was no pressure to buy; they leave you to get on with it which was exactly what I needed. I'm very happy with my piano which was delivered promptly and the whole process was very efficiently handled.

The most beautiful Yamaha baby grand piano was delivered to our home yesterday afternoon from Coach House Pianos. I bought it without trying it as the distance was too far to travel, so I had to reply on Dan from Coach House, who was brilliant. He told me about the piano, described it as 'like new and in excellent condition", which it is. I am thrilled with its tone and gorgeous case. It is 15 year old and is exactly as Dan described it- as if it had just come from Japan and was never used . The staff have been amazing: Rhiannon, who arranged the delivery and to whom I talked and with whom I laughed; Carlie, who dealt with payment so nicely; and the gentlemen, Nigel, Del and Craig, who delivered the piano in this small medieval village on our cobblestone street to the great discussions of all the locals. What a pleasure to do business with such honest and charming people. I cannot recommend them too highly - thank you all at Coach House.

I've been thrilled with the service received from Jerry and the Coach House team from my initial enquiry, to the selection of instrument, delivery, and after sales care. I'm involved professionally in music in schools, higher education and concert performances, and therefore am potentially quite a demanding and difficult customer for any dealership! What is so very remarkable and different about Coach House Pianos is that they are much more concerned about the customer being satisfied and happy long-term than turning a fast buck. It's not often you can say that! After several years of satisfaction, I wanted to change piano, yearning for a Bösendorfer. I couldn't really afford the price difference, so decided to stay with what I had. A few weeks later, Nick txtd me, telling me that he now had a used Grotrian-Steinweg in mint condition.
