t. m.I went for the limited edition vinyls. Queued from 8am. The set up was perfect, you were given a tick sheet and it was waiting for you. The staff and overall customer service was excellent.

Good selection of items and some good offers on. It's a shame everything is going online because nothing beats the visual experience of full and colorful shelves!

The only thing I'd change is there's a massive portion of the store selling archive vinyl and dvd's, very trendy but very niche, I can't help but feel this part of the store could be filled with something that will be better received

M.Great store with a wide range of items including DVDs, CDs, funko pops, t-shirts, books, gifts, merchendise, unusual confectionary (e.g. Japanese sweets/ chocolate), records, posters, toys, and some electronics too. It seems that HMV has really adapted to the fact that less people are buying physical copies of media i.e. CDs and DVDs due to streaming by selling more merchandise and gifts. The atmosphere in store is always nice and usually busy.

My daughter has severe Autism and other disabilities but she still went in and the worker had alot off patience/polite and took time to find the stuff she wanted.Thank u to the lady who works there.
E. L.Vinyl for sale in 2020 who can complain? I've only had good experiences in this store best deal was an Xbox 360 trade in where the Xbox one only cost me £100 on release day. So glad this store is still here (it's gone and come back before) for the CD DVDs we need I hope this store outlives the digital age as I prefer to own rather than have music on a cloud.

Great quality, paid a little more for it but I collect vinyl. Recommend buying your new music and vinyl from here.

N. S.I picked up an in store delivery at HMV. The person who served me was really helpful checking the region type of a DVD. I had a query about the price and another person was also really helpful, checking the price and refunding the difference. Lovely, friendly staff, competitive prices.
I. M.They have a great anime range and sthe staff are so nice and friendly and are happy to help you find what you are looking for. I couldn't find what I was looking for and asked the a staff member who them told me they can order it online and have it picked up in a week which was brilliant because it was for a gift for someone. Really helpful.
T. M.Good provision of hand San, first and foremost. As for the shop itself, it had a great selection of cds, dvds, vinyl, movie merch and music electricals etc. No point mentioning price, as you'll always find something cheaper online, but that why I'm there.

p. M.One of my favourite shops in the Golden Square as they do a fantastic selection of blu rays. As i say its one of the best stores for music and films. So glad its still open. Everytime i am in Warrington. Love to pay HMV a visit. Fantastic service. Would always reccomend.
E.I have always been a fan of HMV...we are talking over 50 plus years... Then along came the internet.. it seemed too convenient.... Though I still frequented HMV and enjoyed browsing there I noted my main purchases were internet.. But now after HMV were close to being lost, I now make a conscious decision to buy all music and film from there.. I am happy for doing so... And the staff in my Glasgow store are very engaging and helpful...
