It's a great concept. A really tasteful place. Parties used to be amazing before COVID, don't know how it is now. The spa and gym are really nice too. Well worth the price of membership.

Solid members' club in a beautiful Grade I listed building, immaculately preserved from the 1700s. The ambiance is fairly casual and friendly, and certainly not as stuffy as you'd find in many other of these clubs across London. The interior garden is perfect for a weekend afternoon.

Great building run by nice people, but the service requires improvement. Today I discovered a new word: canarino... Had no idea that I could be charged £3 for a cup of hot water with lemon! I was informed that this was canarino (incorrect - according to Google, canarino is made with carefully peeled lemon zest, not a couple of wedges:) This was on top of receiving an incorrect food order. I'll come back for the atmosphere, with a hope that the service improves :)

Not a bad membership club with antique like interior, slightly overrated in my opinion. Didn’t feel very appreciated as a guest until the member has arrived. Asked for a fresh ginger tea and they brought something else instead. Then another time I asked for it again and my companion for rose tea. Different waiter came and said they don’t actually do neither of those. Another time I asked about the cocktails and the waitress didn’t know anything about it. Not very well trained staff. Which just makes your visit unnecessarily unpleasant. The food is average. Chicken was dry and steak too. There’s a lot that could be improved, just needs a little investing in time, effort and money.

Great, relaxing time for drinks with friends while catching up. One member of staff was rude ("your time is up so drink up and leave" having given us no warning) on this visit but this was an outlier versus many other very pleasant visits. Wonderful to sit in the walled garden on a sunny day where there is always a buzz.

Fantastic member’s club in Central London. Outdoor space was just perfect for lunch and to do business. I loved the arrangement of flowers on the building projecting through the garden and grand staircase with flowers centrally positioned to draw your eye to them. Great place to talk business in calm, elegant and exclusive setting.

One of the nicer private clubs in London. Relatively laid back, the restaurant is reasonable for the quality of food (everywhere else is pricey as would be expected) with a good wine list. The back garden is a lovely location to eat sushi and drink Pimms in the summer months. It gets a bit full of vacuous people after dark, but then it is an upmarket London members club.

Was invited to experience dinner in the beautiful garden area on a hot summer evening. Honestly it was delightful. The service was friendly but a bit slow due to weather being so nice and the whole world seemed to out. But we weren't in a rush and the Whispering Angel was chilled. The burger was decent. The place is a maze but it adds to the fun.

Excellent Private member's club. A variety of floors and rooms with nice furniture and various seating and lounging areas. The staff were all very friendly and do too many of the members that I met. We enjoyed the outside terrace and garden seating area on what was still a warm late summers evening. Later in the evening we visited one of the rooms where the djs began playing. We had a great time and made a number of new friends. Certainly a place I will visit again.

This is an absolutely amazing place. It is steeped in history and remains tastefully decorated and preserved that allows you to be transported back in time. The food and drink is to a high standard and the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. I am not a member but feel privileged to have been invited to attend a meeting held within. A truly lovely building in a fantastic location. Highly recommended to visit, if you can.

Married here on 22/12/18 so obviously love the venue! Decor is plush antique with the most wonderful paintings and furnishings, while maintaining a non-stuffy feel with exceptionally friendly staff, and other guests seem to also be very friendly. Mix of old and young guests creating a nice mix within a relaxed environment. Food is phenomenal and priced well within its range. House wines are more than good enough for a meal. I love this place!

Love this place, great cocktails, food is good with vegan options also. Get your dancing shoes on - you won't want to sit down. Lots of snap worthy areas, very regal and majestic. Also comfy lounge bars if you want a little break from the action!

Rude waitress told our group that we were being “unruly” - after we spent nearly £4000 and wanted to enjoy the outside area with a couple of drinks. We had a Christmas party also booked here for 60 people - guess what, we went elsewhere as the service is not up to scratch. Why I didn’t give 1 star? The service I previously received a few times was good. Hit and miss with this venue.

Visiting this establishment is definitely an experience. The rooms are all decorated differently, with fascinating interior. The service is of course excellent, and the staff know how to serve you. My main fault was the crowd - whilst you expect there to be some sugar baby/daddy scenarios in these kind of places, some of the girls looked far too trashy and were not holding themselves up very well, which made it slightly awkward.

This place is beautiful, spacious, well located, and the cocktails upstairs in the central building (20) are excellent. I mean, really *really* good. 🤯 The only thing that stops me from giving this place 5 stars this that looking beyond the glitz and glamour you can't escape the odd whiff of societal inequity - it's everywhere. The building *reeks* of money, and so do its patrons. I must earn easily in the top 1% in the UK and there's no way I could afford the membership fees just for access to a social venue like this. Only reason I got in at all was to attend an event run by a friend. The staff don't exactly help with the feeling of inequality either - you can clearly see them judging visitors who aren't (and could never be) members. And that's the *staff*, who probably can't even aspire to *my* fairly privileged place in society, miles as I am below these gods and aristocrats. Wow, just wow.

I've been a member of Home House for around 4 months and have carefully considered this review. I visit Home House on average, once a fortnight and enjoy my time considerably. The service is very good although can be slow in the Drawing Rooms. The food is absolutely excellent (no matter what time of the day) and the wine is very, very good. Prices are a little high (£5 for a bottle of beer, c. £13 for a good glass of wine) however the surroundings truly are beautiful and there is a room for everybody. I strongly caution against reading into the subtext of the review which stated "girls looked far too trashy and were not holding themselves up very well". This may have been the case but in all of my visits to Home House thus far, I have not seen trashy people or people struggling to stand up. Not even in the nightclub! It was likely just that night. Overall, Home House is a great member's club with a beautiful decor, good service and delicious food. Just be prepared to pay a little above average.

They then refused to let us continue to party in the club part because they didn't believe we would spend enough which was disappointing and frankly outrageous. Pompous and arrogant attitude.

Amazing place!! I’m not a member, neither my friend, however we always seem to be there :D recently went to their white party and the place was amazingly decorated, beautiful dressed elegantly people, mostly mature and educated, which makes a warm and chic/chill environment. What I like the most is that you don’t really get bored as you have many rooms to choose from, all decorated differently and for different porpoises, so you can have a quiet silent night or a busy night full of club bangers, made few friends there as people are naturally friendly. It is a creative environment. I post a photo of me at the House nr 20 and #homehouse and they politely asked me if they could post it on their page :) felt honored. Extremely recommend it!!

Home House caters more for the traditional business clientele and is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon amongst soft leather sofas, deep armchairs and antique trappings of wealth. I have been a member since I was 18... I am now 32... the seasons have changed as many times as my hair style but what always remains loyal, consistent and almost perfect is Home House. Like the big brother I always needed Home House has been there for me in times of elation, consideration & expectation. I can remember at least 5 top ten moments in my which has started or ended at this fine establishment. The staff - make it. The food is cool, but the building itself is it’s own character. Home house is your new Best friend, get that membership sorted and start enjoying!

A lovely old building with a majestic staircase and a good mixture of spots to relax and unwind. A good club with a good mix of facilities and events. The bonus here is no stuffy dress code or phone ban like some other clubs. There's still an air of pretension, however this is a members club so this shouldn't come as a suprise.

Not members, but we were given a recommendation and stayed in the Earl Grey room for a long weekend. As they are a members club, expect that element of pretentiousness from the staff, as well as many of the patrons. Snobbishness is not my cup of tea ;) but the room was stunning. The Earl Grey room was spacious, with beautiful antique furniture and decor, as well as an absolutely magnificent bathroom with a claw foot, canopy tub. Plush bathrobes and the feather mattress made for a relaxing weekend in London. The hotel interior is also beautiful and charming, but could definitely use a deep clean. The hallways smelled pretty musty and led to lots of sneezing. Overall, come for the stunning rooms and not for the customer service.

If I could go back I would but as I live in america it is rather hard to find my way back across the border and with trumps current domain it may become even harder for amazing people like me to travel to eat wopper burgers. What a magical evening. I hosted a function in the gorgeous Asylum room and then stayed the evening in the James Wyatt suite. After having an informal Buffett style dinner service for eight of our friends that traveled to London for the occasion we spent the night dancing away downstairs. The private lift in the JWS was glorious. Although I was unable to get the stereo in the suite to work I really appreciated all of the staff who tried. Jose, our function manager, made the entire party fantastic. Shirlene, our reservations manager made our stay effortless. All of the staff were top notch.
