Just had my daughter’s birthday party here and they had a fabulous time. Great venue, terrific pizza and superb staff! What a pleasure to have a great experience from the moment we made the booking to the time we left. Well done.

I’ve actually always wanted to go to a Karaoke bar and this one didn’t disappoint. Really enjoyed the fact that the karaoke machine had a few obscure titles down on it. The booth we booked into for two hours was the perfect size for 5 people and we really enjoyed being able to sing(badly) for two hours. I’m hoarse the day after but I don’t care we had a great time. Prices were reasonable and the sharer cocktails were of a decent size too. My only issue with the place is that the toilets are a bit grim. If the toilets matched the quality of the rest of the place it would be an easy 5 stars.

Brilliant! I haven't been to karaoke in years and what a way to return! The only downside was the songs could do with some updating as there were hits missing from all the major categories. That said, you still had more than enough to fuel you for two hours, no problem at all. Drink prices weren't toooo bad considering it's central London (£6/cider; didn't drink anything else) and both the room and equipment were clean and fully functional. Lots of space for two people and the different lights for the types of music was a nice touch! But the real highlight was the staff. Everybody there the night I visited was not only friendly and responsive, but they were also so quick on the ball to diffuse a potentially uncomfortable situation with my younger sister and I and some drunken revellers when we were trying to leave early in the morning. The speed and calm correctness with which it was handled left me no other option but to give them 5 stars. So any ladies who may be feeling hesitant, they operate a very safe service to ensure a comfortable night. Great location too, close to the station, bus stops and multiple bike and scooter docking stations. And the streets are so quiet afterwards it makes for a lovely evening/early morning walk afterwards! All in all, fantastic!

Went there for my best friend’s birthdayon Saturday, and I have to say I had one of the best nights I’ve ever had here in London! The cocktails are amazing, the staff was so nice and made us feel so welcome! I highly recommend it! Also, the karaoke booths are so much fun, but the main bar area is also great if you just wanna come for drinks and food! Will be coming back soon!

Definitely the place to go for fun and more fun. From the moment you enter, any stresses of life disappear. The staff are bubbly, entertaining and helpful. Everything is fully explained in the karaoke booths before you belt the night away. We sang until our voices left our throats then danced in the main bar area until late. A great recommended night. No photos as didn't want to embarrass my mates with their terrible singing ha ha ha

Fun night in private room singing all the best songs! Two hours flew by. There were 8 of us in a 14 person room which was nice; so could be crowded if full. Is a little hard to find on the back streets of Holborn but there is a glow up sign. Book early to get your ideal time

Always a fun time here. Even though there's nothing available when you call them, they can normally squeeze you in for an hour. But just to be sure you should call and book in advance. Very tidy, nice bar area, nice cool rooms, can call for drinks inside the karaoke room. I like this venue

My daughter had her 18th there. Pretty small room provided for 17 people - hot and stuffy. Customer service pretty average, not making us feel too welcomed. Drinks really pricey. Expected more for what I paid.

We booked this for a best mate's stag do, and it just about did the job. The main problem was trying to make the booking. First I booked it online, and it said someone would get back to me to confirm the booking, which took a bit longer than I'd hoped given that it was short notice. I tried calling which was their recommendation at short notice, but just couldn't get through. I then received an email and was told I'd receive a link to make a payment and confirm the booking - that didn't happen. I sent an email back immediately saying I had received no link and asking someone to call me ASAP, but never got an email or a call back. I then tried calling them, and it wasn't until about the fifth time (on the day of the event) that I managed to get through. The most frustrating thing about this was that several of the times I had tried to call were whilst they were closed - there was no answerphone message to tell me that they were closed and wouldn't be answering the phone. That is really, really poor, and such a huge waste of my valuable time. I could have been sat there waiting for hours (it was already half an hour). When I did finally get through to someone, there was a lot of messing around, only to be told that there was no sign of my booking. Brilliant. Fortunately they could take my booking over the phone, but that wasn't exactly easy. I had to go over my name, address and card details about 25 times each before they finally had everything correct. Even when we got there we still had issues!! One of the microphones didn't work, and then we kept getting microphone interference from one of the other rooms. They did give us half an hour for free which was good, but still wasted time. I also had to chase up our "free shots" for a stag booking three or four times, as these were certainly not willingly offered when we were there. And I was also a little unimpressed that they had added on a considerable amount to the cost of the drinks for service charge - this was never mentioned beforehand, so we could have been in trouble had we not been prepared to pay it. Overall, I would probably rate this lower if we hadn't still had a good laugh. The quality of the booking and co-ordination were pretty shocking, and has a long way to go to improve. It might be that we had a series of bad luck, but it seemed as though these were possibly not unusual occurrences, and nobody seemed fussed about how poor the experience was. I'd only recommend if you can get your booking sorted quickly and easily...! The club night after was alright, although it's probably not fair me commenting on that as it was definitely, definitely not my type of music...!!

The karaoke machines dont play the real versions of the songs (copyright issues?) which is a real shame - but the DJ and dancing was amazing.

The karaoke is great here, the rooms are clean and the sound quality is good. The song choice is excellent and very easy to use panel! The only thing I would suggest is allowing people to finish the last song rather than having it abruptly ended, as a few minutes are wasted at the beginning when the staff explains how to use the panel. The food is a bit disappointing. We ordered chicken wings, squid rings and 2x pizzas - we got served something like chicken nugget nibbles rather than wings, the calamari looked like 3 gigantic onion rings, and the pizzas were burnt around the edges. They looked nothing like the pictures. The drinks were ok but slightly overpriced. They also add in service charge to your bill without stating it clearly, and then when you pay on the tablet they ask if you want to add on extra tip again! Next time I would come back simply just for the karaoke, nothing else.

A great night was had by all. The room was a bit small for 18 of us but we piled in and had a brilliant time doing karaoke. The sound was good and the song versions were spot on. Drinks were good and there were even cocktails on offer. After our karaoke slot we stayed and danced the night away! The DJ was good and played a mix of eras, we all had a great night.

You can change the lighting and have thousands of songs to choose from. The staff explain clearly how everything works. The covid measures are all in place. Its clean and presentable.. Very fun activity to enjoy with your friends, but staff could definitely be a bit more cordial and polite. We were told we could start earlier because our room was ready, but what they didn't tell us is that there's a timer. This means that sadly one of our friends who arrived late got to sing with us only 4 songs! What a bummer, but other than everything was great.

PITCH PERFECT -- I hosted one of the best festive gatherings of my alumni association in LV2.0 this year! The rooms are beautiful and functional, and the karaoke experience is the best I have ever had: all the songs are there, jukebox is so easy to use, and even has sound mixing controls, and great visuals. The best thing about this place is the energy of the staff that are obviously having a lot of fun working there as a team. The secret is out, and the success is well deserved... LV2.0 rocks. Lucky Voice Holborn brought out a new found love for karaoke!! I'm not usually one to grab a mic and sing my heart out in wigs and silly hats however it was a fab night out. My party had a few drinks in the bar where they had music playing before heading to our private karaoke room. The craft cocktails were blooming delicious, I would definitely recommend the Espresso Martinis. We got shown to our room by a lovely member of staff and shown a demo on how to work the software. The rest was history, we stayed in the venue till about 2am and the vibe was new and exciting. The manager and the staff were extremely attentive, fun and friendly! Will be spreading the word to all my friends to book a night at the Holborn Lucky Voice, thanks for a cracking night!

Really great place for a fun activity in London. The staff were really nice and gave excellent customer service. Alex was kind enough to organise our singdustry group booking even though it was last minute. And another notable 5 star mention is Julio and Jorge’s service at the bar, they were very friendly and made our drinks orders very quickly. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Nice place for a group’s fun night out. I think rooms for groups of more than 7 should be bigger. We were 10 people and the room was a bit too tight for us. Drinks are absolutely delicious but ridiculously expensive. Paid £40 for 3 margaritas!!! I think prices can be lowered a bit as we’re already paying for the karaoke!! Overall nice concept and really enjoyed our time there if it weren’t for the shock of the bill afterwards!

Went here for a friend's birthday. The venue is very nice and modern, very decent song selection on the machines, they provided a prop box in the room (we had colourful afro wigs in ours). You can change the lighting in the room with some buttons below the screen to create a mood for the room, ranging from rock to disco etc.

Slight niggle on the payment at the end: thr bill already included a generous service charge and then it's cheeky to have the payment terminal ask for more tips.

Good venue - brand new, so it was quieter than the longer existing locations. Staff are lovely and really welcoming. Songs range is exactly the same as the rest of locations. Bright, modem and funky bar makes a good drinking session as well.

Lucky Voice is definitely my favourite of London's karaoke chains. You get a private booth and a great selection of songs, which are generally really well done. The new Holborn branch is definitely one of the best venues, since it's more modern and doesn't have the freezing cold or boiling hot problem of the Soho branch, for example. My one frustration about Lucky Voice is that some songs are quite badly synced (e.g. the next page of lyrics won't appear until after you should have started singing them).

Visited for my sisters birthday, overall the night was really good! There are small karaoke rooms for you to enjoy with your party. The room isn’t exactly massive and can become overcrowdedThe playlist was very decent, has up to date music but I still think it could be improved abit. Food and drink is available by the hit of a button in the room, or you can go to the bar in the dance area. Food menu doesn’t have alot, it’s more so just pizza, chicken wings etc. After you’ve finished your karaoke you can join the club the venue has, music was very dated not exactly sure what genre was even playing. The staff were all very friendly, they sure do enjoy their environment. One thing I didn’t like was the bar staff were smashing ice and throwing in the air which of course hit me and went down my top, to me that’s an health and safety issue. Another thing be prepared to present your I.D. upon arrival!

LOVELY STAFF all the way from the bartenders to the security guys, great drinks and great music. I had such a lovely time with friends there last weekend. For the life of me I don’t know why I put in my AirPods while there was music all around but I did and was very sad to come home with just the case. Lucky for me the luckyvoice staff found them and promptly put them away somewhere safe for me to pick them up a week later. Definitely recommend, especially the Holborn location!
