Been coming here for over a decade. Lovely, friendly staff. Prices are fair and the food is really nice. Decent smoking shelter with heaters, where you can sit and play the cash line games during the intervals. It's a more cozy bingo hall than some of the bigger rival company branches! Always enjoyed it every time I go and a lot of staff know me by my 1st name.

The club is clean and tidy , most of the staff are friendly and helpful with the exception of one of the female managers who at times display clear preference to the white club members, for example people who stay after bingo to play the machines. I have noticed on more that one occasions she would walk past the black members and offer the white members drinks or in some cases when she is serving sandwiches again walk past us and serve them and then what is left offer them to us which I refuse . Other than that the majority of staff are nice and helpful.

Fact that I rejoined mecca recently as I do not go out much in the evenings. I throughly enjoyed reliving the old entertainment. But was not so thrilled when a few days later, I received a parking ticket for using Mecca's advertised on google free car parking facilities which are located round the back of Mecca bingo halls. I phoned the Mecca same day to sort this out as I was not happy at learning about a parking ticket, the lady on the phone was very helpful and told me not to worry and bring the ticket to the bingo Hall when I next go for them to amend this error. I went back the next day as I did not want any extra time to pass with ticket. What you aren't told on the Internet is that your car has to be registered on the bingo laptop which I was not aware of. On arrival back to Mecca I gave in my ticket and marked in my car on there ipad. My parking ticket was given to the manager whom has had this ticket squashed. Thank you Mecca for your understanding

Staff can be a bit rude and prize money is not all that sometimes x and staff from other branches alway wins the big house it's abit suspicious in my opinion.
