I unfortunately had an epileptic fit which caused some damage to the room as I have not only black out but very bad spasms. I went down immediately to explain to reception, and was greeting and dealt with 2 wonderful ladies Kate and yinabi. They was fantastic, and Kate even got me a coffee as I was still very unbalanced. They were both so professional and very understanding to what had happened. Not only was the hotel room amazing, with a mini fridge, and clean to high standards, but the welcome and departure was amazing thanks to these wonderful ladies, will definitely stay again

A very reasonably priced hotel. The rooms are a good size as are the beds which were also very comfortable. The cleanliness was okay but behind the door was very dirty. The fan and light in the bathroom were broken.
Luckily we got the last disabled parking space. The others were taken by vans none of which were displaying any blue badges.

Great hotel, lovely staff ideal for a stop over when London bound day after. It is what it says on the tin. Basic clean comfortable & COVID-19 restrictions followed very well. Sunday night £49 no breakfast, still a steal.

Staff were welcoming and friendly.
The hotel and especially our room was very tired, windows not shutting properly, handles missing off windows, generally looking like due an overhaul about 10 or even 20 years ago. Cheaper than a Premier Inn, but nowhere near the quality...

I booked an executive room for £50 for 1 night. The room comes with a fridge which was the main appeal to me as somewhere I could keep my dinner and a few drinks for the evening. The fridge is however wired up to the main electrical circuit and shuts off when you leave the room. As a result the fridge was not cold when I arrived and I couldn't rely on it for what I wanted as it would simply turn off.
Room had a small HD television which was alright but the onsite WiFi was very slow so if you want to stream anything you had better use your data (signal on ee is 2 bars and 4 bars on three - I carry two phones for work)
The website also speaks about breakfast but this is not included. I didn't mind paying for this but it was not very nice so wish I'd spent the money elsewhere.

Hotel was nice. Worth for the price what we paid for. They also do offer breakfast at an extra cost of 10£. I haven’t tried so i cant comment on it. Rest everything was okay

Nice hotel M1 was closed at night so was a nightmare to get to. Room ok apart from smelled like someone domed 100 cigarettes before we entered. Could do with cleaning the curtains
I. S.
The hotel itself was good and very cheap! But location is so inconvenient if you using public transport. You come out at Edgeware and had to call uber to hotel (+£10 on top), in the end we just had uber take us from centre to hotel (£30 one way). So we could of booked hotel in the city centre and paid more and saved time…
Also had about 8 uber drivers cancelled our trip as noone wanted to come that way 😂
R. A.
Good for the £41 price but I wouldn't want to spend much more, triple room 2 normal single beds with comfy mattresses and 3rd bed practically a mattress on the floor but had a comfy mattress and ok for a child but small for an adult (see pic). Room was also hot at night 20.6Dg A/C didn't seem to bring the temp down, set at 18 Dg, not able to open a window. Also no USB socket and only 2 plug sockets. Evening meal food was okay but Breakfast did not look good value so went elsewhere.

what can I say... excellent value for money, staff were brilliant especially the Hotel Manager Pavlin Petkov was amazing and should promoted to regional manager. We cant wait to book again... a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay very good. Also the food for the evening meal and breakfast was excellent too. we would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting London
A. M.
One of the best hotels in london!!! Cheap prices for amazing and really clean rooms . The staff is also really friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend .
F. R.
This was my first visit to this hotel and I didn't really enjoy my stay. The room windows are either open or locked and there is a very busy train line just outside the window,It runs during the night as well so you can hear it constantly. If your staying then maybe get a room on the other side. The room was big, beds clean and comfy and bathroom was a decent size, shower not that great.I think the rooms need an upgrade. There is a big car park but can be very busy at times and hard to find a space. Its situated just off the motorway north and south and there is a Welcome Break service station just across the path from hotel where there is a Burger King,Coffee shop etc
P. R.
Disappointing. Room 224 Bathroom Blood on Shower Curtain and Blobs of Foetus under the
Wash basin.
Arrival day 23/10/2021-24/10/2021 Evening 7pm dropped off luggage then out, so wasn’t noticed until next morning, day of departing, complained at Reception.
Service in Restaurant was very poor, every thing seemed too much trouble. Water was cold,
Every thing we needed cutlery, white bread, time we got it the breakfast was cold.

During my stay I've found the hotel is very clean all round and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very nicely modernised and can't beat the price for what you get. Currently staying for 4 weeks on a business trip and so far so good apart from location which is my only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 as everything local is either bad for you or really expensive as its based at a welcome break services. Also there's no laundry facilities which is inconvenient on such a long stay but I guess that's not their responsibility. Apart from that I'm really enjoying my stay.
R. A.
Not bad. Big rooms. Free parking. Just beside m1 motorway. Getting takeaway food has limited choice but a gas station beside it if you feel thirsty middle of the night.
P. M.
Pleasant hotel with huge car parking areas. Very friendly staff and well spaced out areas. Bedrooms though are badly designed with very poor lighting and lack of mirrors in the right position. Also lack of wall sockets.
T. P.
Not a bad nights stay . Room was ok and lovely breakfast. Only negative would be the room being to cold.
A. R.
The only issue i faced was getting an uber other then that it was quite a good experience
C. H.
Reasonable price, comfortable bed, a few decorating scuffs but nothing major.
Two cleaning issues (easily missed in daily routine) brought to the desk's attention on check out who assured me they'd inform cleaning staff. Otherwise very clean & tidy, and common areas clean also.
Nice covered patio out front with infrared heaters!

As I had a long day and exhausted from long drive. Hotel welcoming was nice and friendly, rooms were nice and comfy abit cold but was steady 😊 after a nap I decided to go and have a meal at the hotel’s restaurant and I wasn’t very sure what to get so I decided to ask the waiter and this guy (Adrian) such a lovely lad he explained everything properly and gave me memorable experience. he did ask me a few times if everything was ok and I m glad that he toke extra steps to make sure I enjoyed my meal so big thank to Adrian and I promise I will be back soon maybe bringing the family next time 😊 thank you Ramada hotel

I have been using this outlet from last few months. I am impressed with the the staff politness and professionaism. Value for mony and its location is most suitable for me to hit the M! post my late night meetings. I find it valiue for money. Most imporatnat for me the staff willingness to help and give you due time and respect.
I have no hesitaion to reccoment this hotel to people who travel to LOndon and want to get out as soon as possible.
R. C.
Fast simple check-in, large spotless room. Reasonably priced bar with restaurant and excellent/efficient bar staff. Free parking and handy for North London, all for fifty quid. Ideal.
R. E.
Great hotel , staff are very friendly bar 1 or 2 one of the waiters in the bar hot a bit up tight when asking for modifications on my food order pulling faces at me like I was strange for asking for an extra patty in my burger .
I'm paying I order what I want to order other than this lovely place.
S. W.
Large clean room. Dinner was delicious and food service was good.
E. B.
We stayed for 2 nights in the executive extra large double bed room. We have mixed feelings about our stay. Firstly the good points: the hotel and the room were very clean, staff were excellent ( did everything they could and beyond for us).
It based on M1 but it is very well insulated from the noise from the motorway and the Trainline.
One night we had pizza and the following morning we had breakfast (full English). The food was cooked to absolute perfection. The down point were the baked beans (which were not cooked in this restaurant). Our chef for breakfast 20 Sep was Ione/Yani. Her cooking skills would complement a nice luxury restaurant.
The negative impressions: air conditioning was a key reason for booking this particular hotel but it didn't work effectively. The temperature couldn't be regulated despite anything the staff were trying to do to sort it out including moving us into a different room.
The duvet in our first room had a lot of stains and dirt around the bottom end however as soon as it was mentioned to the staff it was changed.
The door of the Fridge in the second room did not close and after bringing this to the staff attention it was swapped with the fridge from our first room.
Would we stay here again?
If they sort the problem with air-conditioning out - Yes!!!
W. W.
I can only say that the price is very cheap, if you are not demanding, you get what you pay for, the quality of the paper used is also very poor, the interior decoration of the room and the bed are also very ordinary.
L. 2.
Price mach service. Reception staff amazing.
Restaurant mmm.. There where some reasons for complaints...
C. L.
Clean, large rooms, good breakfast, need transport though
J. G.
Georgina is the most soft-spoken and kindly person I ever met! 😊 She is very sensitive and perceptive to her customers' needs! 😄 She has the most 💕ly smile and the most bubbly and buoyant personality! 😇 It's been a pleasure and a privilege to be taken care of by this most wonderfully courteous and mannerly individual! 😊😇🙏
M. O.
Excellent service. Room had everything you could need
S.
Beautiful place, loving the bar and what a massive TV to watch all sports
L.
Ok if your desperate.
Only paid £33 which was ok, wouldn’t be worth any more than that.
K. S.
Our reservation at premiere inn Edgware had been cancelled with no notice, we turned up there at 21:00 after driving for 2 hours, freezing cold with a 10 year old child, managed to call Ramada and was delighted to hear that a room could be booked for us as I am a key worker, and Dharmendra on the front desk was very helpful indeed and was more than happy to accommodate us. Room very nice, nice hot shower, very welcome after being up since 0500 and totally knackered.
T. H.
Although staff good it needs a makeover, convenient for us but just a budget hotel
S. K.
Lovely staff very helpful hotel clean easy access to London too.
H.
I had a lovely stay, was fortunate enough to meet a beautiful young worker called gina, I think it was which was doing an outstanding work and delivered my breakfast quickly and fast making sure I was ok the whole time
B. M.
Great hotel, great rooms and bed bed sizes. Bar prices a bit steep and understocked, would use again, definitely
C. S.
Good budget hotel with a bar and restaurant. Kettle absent, presumed missing in my room, likewise the handle to close and lock the window.
Staff always plesent and friendly.
Air. Con in my room.
J. L.
I stayed at the ramada Hotel fully satisfied, excellent service, absolutely excellent reception and bar service, many thanks to them, I personally appreciate.
R. B.
Only got 3 due to the staff. I personally did not like the food. Breakfast or evening meal. Very busy hotel with workers and a lot not wearing masks.. also got stuck in the lift which I reported, but felt on deaf ears.
B. W.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Was given a double room to myself. Room was spotless, could control the heating myself. Tea and coffee supplied for the room. Had meal in the restaurant which was piping hot and cooked fresh. Prices were reasonable.
T. P.
The hotel was nice and clean and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The food is not too bad , just not enough choice is very basic but we'll presented. Enjoyed what we had just a bit of a wider choice would have been nice. The worse thing about Ramada was the late night noise was horrendous if you have small children don't get a room in the ground floor as dint know if it was staff or guests but went in shouting and laughing in reception area till 4am. So advice is say no to ground floor room as won't get any sleep.
a. a.
Lot of parking space which is free but please register your vehicle in reception
D. T.
Perfect Stay, Mini fridge in my room (Requested when booked) Window open when asked. (air con CAN be turned off. Free Parking. Unusual request honoured. Due to current situation. Witnessed furniture etc being sanitized almost every day ( Room sealed after being sanitized)
As the hotel is located at - Gateway Services you can really walk to the nearest town etc. You would need to drive. Well stocked hotel bar at reasonable prices though.
DOWNSIDES -
No Vending machines. But they do sell chocolate etc off the shelf. ( Small bar of chocolate £1 )
Very Large bed, Actually 2 good sized singled pushed together, Not a problem for me but could be an issue for others
NOT the hotels fault but other guest leaving there rubbish on the table even though there are bins either side of the table they eat at WHY!!
L. G.
Stayed overnight as part of our National Holiday package, beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were ok at the front of the hotel but my room was on the back and very noisy from the trains going by every 15 minutes. Evening meal and Breakfast provided. When arriving(5.45pm) we were told our evening meal was at 7 pm. They were running behind when we came down for tea which is fair enough, when we finally were allowed to get food the chicken was undercooked and pink, the veg was still hard and the veggie option for my daughter for her roast dinner was rice and spicy salsa (to go with veg and gravy?).
Thankfully breakfast was amazing (different chef in the morning) lots to choose from and they had good coffee.
3 starts in given for the comfy bed and the breakfast. The rest was poor.
J. S.
Beds really comfortable, and was really clean! Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little bit hard to find!
But 100% recommend this hotel
p. d.
The room we were given had a very strong odour of tobacco smoke, strangely not picked up by or reported by housekeeping. We were given another room immediately by the very nice receptionist, but a disabled room was not ideal ( restricted bath )
L. T.
Room was not ready on arrival in evening. Breakfast is certainly not worth £10, definitely overpriced.
R. C.
Hotel was nice warm and clean, however window was broken so wouldn't shut properly. Also the restaurant was a laugh/ joke appreciated it was busy but to be told for 30 minutes Ur food is coming any minute isn't acceptable. Wouldn't mind but we was Having a nice evening talking and chilling not stressing about where the food was, but they kept interrupting us to lie to us repeatedly.
Manager was just flapping about could see that they was stressed which with the numbers I can understand but yeah. He spoilt our evening
N. S.
Hotel room was a good size, bed was one of the best I've slept in and the room was generally clean. Hotel itself felt tired and dated but the food was good and staff were very helpful. Surprisingly quiet for the location (between a train line and the M1)
V. H.
This was the second time that I have stayed here over Christmas. Everything is most satisfactory as usual and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not included in the rate per room, but well worth paying for. I love the breakfasts and I always have the full English when I am away from home. Makes everything so special.
M. S.
Nice, clean, decent food. Staff were really helpful too. Really handy for getting in or out of London.
L. d. S.
Loved this hotel!
Beds really comfortable, and was really clean! Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little bit hard to find!
But 100% recommend this hotel
J. m.
Good hotel. Good price. No faults atm. Will update this review if anything does change. So far so good thumbs up for me. Recommend to try it out.
G. C.
I arrived at the hotel as a guest overnight whilst working in the area, the room was very clean and the staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice and unfortunately I never had the chance to have any lunch if dinner. I would definitely stay over again. Very nice.
K. M.
The BAD AND UGLY
The staff need customer service training. not friendly at all, they looked at us weird as tho were strange because were dressed in our traditional wear
They didnt seem happy to see us
They dont understand the customs of the British culture (politeness be it fake lol) they werent always available on the desk
they didnt offer other services like breakfast is dinner
overall the staff need to be trained
THE GOOD
the room was great
the bed size was excellent
the towels were excellent mashallah more than what we needed but great to have extras
AC was in working order with controls available
quiet area
room was on ground floor so easy access for my family
The other guest were respectful and non threatening
overall i loved the place
W. S.
Stayed at the hotel for a few nights, rooms were clean, nice and comfortable also very spacious. Breakfast was also great. Reception staff very friendly and helpful especially one of the staff members named Dory very lovely girl as well as a young man at the bar Alex, overall was a good stay.
E. K. B.
This Hotel had me going back for a second s stay due to this. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the smell of the room was normal. Response to reception was fast and very professional. Staffs are really friendly.
And the food taste good.
D. B.
Stayed 3 nights here for work and was very happy with the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and meals were of a good standard. The executive rooms were nice and spacious and were cleaned daily. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm working in London
C. J.
Me and my partner and a few family and friends stayed at ramada London north December 2016 and I've never experienced a hotel like it! Exceptionally clean! Very friendly reception staff and the rooms are very spacious! I have high expectations of hotels as I work in one myself. The room was so clean I felt as though we were the only people to have ever been in it, and that's how it should always be! Thanks for a great stay!
C. L.
Noisy room due to being next to a main line Railway track. Needs updating due to some things needing fixing and looking a bit tired. Beds are very comfy though, and staff are friendly.
m. c.
Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is just OK... Food well over priced. Room sparce and decor and furniture dated... Hot water never ever went proper Hot.... These hotels should be a budget hotel because there is nothing special about them....
D. T.
Cleaning needs attention . Ok room all round .
C. 7.
Decent place well priced quite clean could be cleaner in bathroom but that would take industrial clean under the furnishing staff very good especially cleaners and reception I would recommend and stay again good covid prevention in place with strict guidelines
A. T.
On arrival got a room that had a leak from the bathroom ceiling the water went stright into a power supply went to reception and they said oh yes we know about that. And told us no other room free. I said they should not have let that room like that and i wanted to make a complaint then they found me another room. Apart from that the hotel is clean and the rooms are big.
1. 1.
The Ramada hotel
It was a very large one with spacious hotel rooms. Good enough for a family of 4. The room looked very nice and modern and the view was great out of the window. Everything there was clean except the cups which had bits of dirt on it. The food there was descent but not the best. I ordered a cheese burger with fries but the meat was very dry but it had sauce so it's alright, i would rate it 3.4 out of 5 because it was dry and if you bite into it the fillings will slide away from you. The fries were large, crunchy on the outside but soft and mushy in the inside, i would give it 3 out of 5 because it's texture is strange. Hopefully this was helpful for you.
M. A.
Honestly, this place is quite lovely to stay at.
I stayed here on a National Holidays booking and it was nice.
The WiFi is very nice
The evening meals and breakfast are nice
The beds and rooms are comfortable.
Would recommend coming here.
S. C.
Excellent place to stay. Food is great design of the rooms and restaurant is top class. Staff are highly professional and very friendly. Prices are good and one leaves feeling refreshed and looked after, an example on how hotels should be run.
K. R.
Bathroom not cleaned properly someone left false eye lashes next to bath! Not enough milk cartons so only had one cup of tea, no biscuits either which is very rare these days. Nobody told me if I wanted to order from room my account needed credit, so had to dress to come down to order as I didn't have cash. Nit a brilliant stay fir the money to be honest.
k. h.
Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel as he was having to stay in the royal orthopaedic hospital a few miles away for an operation. After getting stranded in my car and then having to get a taxi back in to the hotel on my own I had no clue how I was going to be able to collect my partner following his op. The staff are amazing and so kind!!!! The lovely polish lady on the front desk arranged with another member of staff to personally take me to my car and then to escort me to the hospital!!!! I have never met such kind people, they are absolute stars and a real credit to the hotel, I can’t thank them enough!!! Xxx
K. K.
Great hotel! Just off a services so ideal for travelling too. We stayed here when visiting Harry potter (if it helps anyone) and was only about 10 minutes from the door so was ideal. The rooms are huge for what you pay and the beds massive too and very comfortable. Recommend!
Z. C.
Great & polite staff, clean and comfy environment . Reasonable prices
H. J.
I loved it here, was beautiful. The only thing I didn't like, was a party of children also staying there. They where left to run around the hotel with next to no supervision, screaming and shouting banging on doors and trying to open doors, late at night. They even at one point set an alarm off.
L. K.
Free parking. Great customer service. Great hotel for trips to London at affordable room rates.
M. L.
Stayed here as part of national holiday trip to London and Harrow Potter studios. Very clean well equipped room, though only had 1 plug socket to charge all equipment. Good evening meal and breakfast. No real issues at all.
B. L.
The room is nice and clean, though the bathroom could be cleaner. Beds really tall but comfortable to sleep on. Food disapointing. Have a coach full of people but there was no choise and little off it. Very disapointing. But as a place to lay your head untill morning it was ok.
Z. M.
Staff was friendly, room was clean, main bed was big but the single bed was not really a single bed, it was more of a kids bed size. Bathroom was nice and clean but the sink was blocked, took ages for the water to go down.
All in all was OK, but was expecting a bit more.
P. D.
Very friendly staff and good stay,,,
A. N.
Fantastic staff, so helpful, i reccommend this Hotel to anyone that needs a stay over nearby london. Value for money and if you have an issue the team will sort it out!
I wanna thank Rodel & Adam on Reception for being so kind, welcoming and friendly..
M. P.
Clean large comfortable room. Full bathroom. Air conditioning working but not extractor fan in bathroom. Considering our room faced the M1 the traffic noise did not affect sleep. Range of food available at hotel or Waitrose Smiths or subway on site. Staff polite and very helpful.
Y. A.
very clean hotel, the stuff mostly polish and some are struggling with English but otherwise nice hotel to stay with young family or couple. ohhhh, make sure that you ask the stuff to show how channel1 and 2 work as it seems very difficult to get it on your room TV.. otherwise enjoy your stay
S. B.
Lovely rooms and lovely staff. Perfect for an overnight stay. Very close to a rail track which you can hear if your room is facing it, it didn't disturb my sleep.
a. a.
Hotel was alright . Be aware do not take room which is facing rail lines otherwise you cannot sleep all night. Trains are passing every 5 to 10 mints.
My room was facing train line side so i had change it.
Hotel front is facing motorway n back is facing train lines.
Sooo book ur room at front side when u check in.
Breakfast selection was not huge . Food was cold n some shelf are empty .
E. W.
Nice hotel ideal for an overnight stay. clean and tidy rooms. Nice big white towels aswell free wifi. .Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good.
M. M.
This is a basic chain hotel. A good way out of central London if you are thinking of sightseeing. Edgware is the closet station, which is about £5 in a taxi to get to. Restaurant has a fair choice although the standard is not great. I had pizza and it was tepid and inedible. On the plus side it's clean. Pillows are hard but if you like that, you're in for a treat. Plenty of hot water. Staff helpful.
C. J.
Rooms large and we'll presented. Staff friendly and bar open 24 hours. Rooms face on to train line which isn't ideal, but not too frequent or noisy, provided you're getting up early ish. Overall not a bad hotel.
M. h.
First time of staying here.Staff are really friendly, rooms and bathrooms are a good size and clean. The breakfast is nice with a good choice.
V. T.
Toilet flush wasn't working properly and cigarette smell remains in the room.
P. O.
It's ok , bar and restaurant is open 24 h but they put me non smoker to a ex smoking room and omg this place stinks so I could not sleep. <br/>Yellow walls, smelly bathroom, pillows . It should be renew repainted and decorations change as it smell like an ash tray.
L. F.
The hotel is looking a bit tired and dated.
That said, probably not a tired as some of the residents. Whilst sat in the bar overheard two blokes talking and hiring a lady of the night. Apparently £80 for an hour was the going rate. Later we were treated to one of said males in his tracksuit creating a well dressed you lady at the door. Like a true gent he shook her hand and said "Do want paying now luv?". They disappeared down the hallway. She returned an hour later and left.
We were pleased to see her return a few hours later with another bloke.
This isn't the Ramada.....this is clearly the RAMHARDER Hotel.
D. S.
We like stopping at this hotel the guys behide the deck are great always welcoming friendly nothings to much trouble .rooms are good free parking it as every thing we need .
J. R.
If you’re travelling from the north to London for work or pleasure, then this is a great stop off point for an overnight before travelling into London.
It’s a five minute drive to Edgeware way you can leave your car in the commuter carpark and travel into central London hasslefree.
In terms of the hotel, the staff are wonderful it has a large carpark and feels clean safe and secure. The restaurant food isn’t very exciting, but what they do sell is certainly good quality
The beds are comfortable the rooms are clean and tidy and a nice size
I. H.
Guests appreciated the friendly staff.....
J. D.
To start the beds are enormous! Plenty of bed space. The room came with all that you would expect plus a mini fridge. Great collection of services within the hotel too.
D.
Rooms are good. The only thing that let's it down is the bar. I am a working man and frequent pubs regularly, but the bad language myself and my wife heard in that bar was terrible.
G. T.
Very comfortable, excellent WiFi, very convenient for Starbucks/Burger King/Waitrose at the services just the other side of the car park, and excellent location for easy North Circular/Hendon/Brent Cross access (rarely any traffic problems off peak). Not enough power points in rooms though.
D. L.
Good bad, but hotel is old.
V. C.
For the price this hotel offers an excellent and friendly service. Bed was large and comfortable and evening meal was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.
H. V.
Great staff, good priced drinks at the bar, nice rooms... Although the air con/heating makes a lot of noise and the post code doesn't take you to the hotel... You have to call them to find out where exactly they are
J. C.
Nice friendly place to stay dinner and breakfast were very good the only down side it is next to a main line railway and trains do run all night so a little bit of noise
M. S.
Clean roomy air-conditioned room. Breakfast is buffet with plenty of choice. The one bad point is that it is on the motorway services so you do need a car.
P. v. L.
Visited with a group of 85 people. Had hardly any problems. Thumbs up!
Pro : Friendly personell, especially nice of them to create a seperate meal for people with allergies. Rooms are clean. AC worked just fine (once you press the ON button, duh).
Cons : Some beds should have been replaced long ago, as springs were painfully pushing through the matress. Also, the sound of people talking in the hallways goes right through closed doors.
J. D.
Hotel is nice and clean, they have just had a major revamp but when you say outside looking at the main entrance all the paint is flaking off other than that reception is good very helpful
F. S.
Reasonable rooms, though a little dated. Food was OK but a little cafeteria like. Don't stay here if you want to go for romantic evening walks!
T. p.
Evening meal was not up to much we booked in with national holidays but breakfast was excerlent rooms nice its next door to a service station so you got burger king and sub way hotel lovely and clean
a. s.
I stay here regularly when in London, conveniently located at the bottom of the M1 and be accessed from North and south carriage. Rooms are basic and clean and the hotel is a little dated but you can get some good deals on the rooms if you compare prices.
b. R.
Fantastic hotel and staff. Nice room and very comfy bed. Big shout out to the car park bloke on Thursday morning who was clearing the paths of snow
D. E.
Nice hotel, location is better than expected...not too loud. Staff are friendly and the beds are very comfortable.
B. S.
Clean tidy rooms breakfast had a good choice as did the dinner menu just not impressed with 2 coach loads arriving on our 2nd night so breakfast was a lower standard
D. B.
A very nice service station hotel. Staff are welcoming and friendly, food is nice and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean presentable and tidy. We were sleeping in an executive room on the 1St floor.
P. W.
Wasnr impressed at all. Room remained cold no matter how you set the aircon/heater or turned it off. Requetsted an iron didnt turn up chased an hour later advised urgent as had to leave dor a meeting still didnt turn up. Had to chase and it arrived wirh no ironing board. The iron was alao the cheapest and most useless iron ever used. Didnt think staff were very friendly either
y. y.
The staff are brilliant they can't do enough for you the location is very good bar prices are good they don't RIP you off we stayed in room 241 it was spotless only one thing negative was the breakfast it was a great choice but good of been hotter will definitely be back
L. C.
Superb location. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a modern feeling. WiFi is slow but free. The bed was comfortable, with a nice sized TV.
d. C.
Clean room extra large bed, good parking.
M. T.
I thought Ramada was a bit better quality, how wrong I was! On a par with Travelodge & not as good as Premier Inn! Didn't eat in the restaurant as it was packed with kids making a hell of a racket, ate in the services instead.
M. C.
Been going to this hotel since it was Days Inn. Clean rooms, pleadant helpful staff. Only snag is not a good breakfast range. But thats not a problem. Will stay again.
J. M.
Lovely hotel and nice rooms but food isn’t the best! Took 1 hour 45 minutes for food to arrive at my room too.
E. T.
To say that this hotel is situated at the side of the M1 motorway the room was exceptionally quiet and really comfortable. Excellent base for visiting London.
S. B.

Clean rooms, friendly reception but could be more organised/faster, location isn't the best (M1 service point). Rooms are good for a last minute stay and very affordable.
C. S.
Great value hotel. Comfy beds, clean, decent food. Does what it says on the tin! :-)
S. W.
Not a four, but a solid three star hotel. At night it is really quiet. Until the first train (about 0600?!) passes your window. Overall: good, pricy and quiet.
P. K.
Really nice hotel with shops and services around. Ideal if you have your own vehicle. Despite it's not far from the city, it is only connected through M1.
S. L.

M. G.
Unfortunately had a guest on same floor constantly opening and closing doors (restless) managed to get a couple of hours sleep

D. S. M. P.
V F M. Being close to Starbucks, VHS & subway is the greatest usp. Don't rely on uber here, use self drive or local London taxi.

Noisy from trains and cars passing, air con cannot be altered, but for the price it is an adequate base from which to explore London.

It's quite highly cost effective to live in a hotel in a service zone like this kind, but the only drawback is that the bed is not so comfortable as I thought.
