Brilliant night out! The Band and DJ had everyone up dancing and singing on the benches! Great atmosphere! If you want to have fun and something a bit different, then this is the place to go! All the staff were really friendly and helpful too!

Food was great, but you get 4/5 because half the menu was missing due to "covid" according to our waitress, which is a silly excuse by now. Off the top of my head the missing items we knew about were: ice cream, sauerkraut, onion rings, coleslaw, bockwurst (and thus any item that contains it such as the pizza), Erdinger in a stein. Could do with more food in general, no potato salad at a German place? Lack of German beer, mostly the usual rubbish you can get at Asda which kills some authenticy with me. The atmosphere really ramped up when the Alpine Brothers came on stage, I'm sorry Maidstone but you guys suck at partying and you're lucky the Brothers were there to save the day.

I think this location is always great fun. Whether its karaoke, themed nights, or a general night out, I always have a great time here. Staff are all v helpful, with the rate their working. Its quite a large place, with lots of tables available, and lots of outdoor area and seating too. Love the steins, definitely helps getting that size to prevent the bar queue 😅

We had the best night at Bierkeller Maidstone. We were there for our mates birthday, as we heard that it’s was a great night out. They have a live German style band playing on stage with games and prizes. Yeh best bit is the 2 pint steins. You get to order drinks in these massive glasses, and it’s just like those German beer bars you see on tv. We had the best night and are playing to head back for my next birthday night out out.

I came to the Bierkeller for my 21st birthday with all my friends and family. There was a large group of 20 with our ages ranging from 18-50 and we were all delighted with our experience. We were sat down by our waitress who explained the whole process to us, within 5 minutes our drinks order had been taken and within 10 the drinks were already distributed between the group. The atmosphere was electric, my whole family were up on the benches getting involved and so were the rest of the room. The band were excellent in keeping the room alive and bouncing throughout their performance and the DJ kept the mood throughout the night! The staff were cheery, and truly made the experience for us! Quick service, reasonable prices and an overall great night!

Normally is a great place to go to celebrate, but I an very disappointed with how the staff at the door refused my entry after I had split up with my work colleagues. I wasn't at all drunk, and had to phone my work friends inside as I was not allowed to reconvene with them. They had to cut their time in the venue short due to this. The door staff need to be appropriately trained to determine customer availability, NOT sending away people that are different.

I had a great time here, the food and beer was good. The entertainment fantastic with dancing on the tables which you are encouraged to do. The staff are friendly and the service very quick. You must book to go here, it is very popular with groups. The music is very loud so difficult to have a cozy chat. If your looking for an energetic night out I would recommend you try this place out.

Great vibe. Enough said. Be cautious of steps (quite dark). Customer service was impeccable! I fractured my foot on a step and staff willingly brought a makeshift ice pack, water to feel ok, many shoulders to lean on to hobble, suggestions for hospitals and taxis etc. The service and caring atmosphere was heartwarming. Many of our party had come straight from work and were given steins of cocktails that were included in our package... But no food arrived until very late into the night... 3 of our party because they were drinking on empty stomachs weren't feeling well and were subsequently removed from the venue by staff.. What did you expect bierkeller??? When the food did arrive it was very poor quality... Entertainment was excellent though.. Eat before you go and you'll probably have a fantastic night

I went a couple of times on the quiz night. It was really good fun and recommend going! The main ground floor is a take on German pubs with long wooden benches and huge 1 litre glasses. There is also a separate outdoor area out the back. There is a wide range of alcoholic drinks and there is a separate cocktail menu, which they do in the litre glasses. They are pretty cheap in price and quality but if your looking to get drunk, they get you there. The club upstairs is pretty good as well but only one music choice so your a bit stuck if you don't like it.

Beers on tap weren't tasty and no real selection unless you get a bottle. Otherwise the layout is fantastic and there's a good set of entertainment and dressed up staff. Make sure to book on a Friday or Saturday to get a table, would be better if they put some tables aside for people who turn up as several groups couldn't eat because of assuming there would be some kind of space (rather annoyingly all of the reserved tables were empty the hour we were there, surely there's a smarter system??). Worth a visit and hoping to give it another go to try the food.

Went on a Friday night, food and beer was great, staff were lovely but I was quite disappointed when the Oompah band came out and performed there entertainment (it wasn't really an Oompah band, just a Butlins style show) and then the place transformed into another poorly themed nightclub. Really wasn't what I was lead to believe it was. Would consider trying it again during the week or for lunch.
