Went to a concert with a friend. Very cozy vibe, fab staff. Their foods are tasty with good price. A lot of vegan foods available and the menu is playing with words - very interesting! The upper floor for the show is not big but quite enough for you to have fun. They even have a little balcony above the stage! You can stay super close to the band/players and the view from the balcony is pretty good.

Brilliant venue for gigs and live music. After the gig there is Late night music on by artists such as Clint Boon. 2 different bars. Great place. Open til 3am on Saturday morning.

Great little venue, holds around 200 in an old style theatre setting. Some bench seats at the back and an odd fishtank looking viewing balcony. Going a little shabby in places but that kinda adds to the charm of the place.
Only go if you like the up close and personal experience.

Bollox Halloween Mince - a brilliant night out for Halloween 🎃 People had really made an effort to turn up in their best scary costumes.
Music on all 3 floors of this beautiful building. What She Said took residence below stairs, in the crypt. Must say, this was my favourite floor. The tunes fantastic and atmosphere friendly.

Had amazing food from This Charming Naan. All plant based and super tasty. Loved the playlist too. Always have a great time here, drinks are also good.

Manchester, the Deaf institute Thursday May 19th
Lovely venue, over 3 floors downstairs bar, centre upstairs bar and eating area serving vegan food and upstairs again for concert space and bar.
Easy to find venue central location. Welcoming bar staff who explains the vegan menu and helpful when connecting to their WiFi and took my photo when I asked cos I wanted to show a friend what I was wearing.
Clean and bright though out, decor is goth-retro.
Food and drink served quickly and reasonably priced and all tastes good.
Here to see When Rivers Meet, with Troy Redfern in support, first time for both venue and artists.
Arrived early 5 pm have a little bite to eat, could hear the band rehearsal coming from the upstairs concert hall,
Went for a walk in sunshine around All Saint's park across the road.
Everyone has arrived early for the gig.
Troy Redfern was first on stage.
He is fantastic, just call him "the guitar man" because he is, the way he plays his many guitars and uses his pedals like another instrument was mind blowing, I could have listened to him all night.
Next, the band themselves,
When Rivers Meet.
They are a fantastic, husband and wife duo Grace and Arran Bond but now they have the one and only, Roger Inniss on Bass and James Fox on Drums and piano.
Roger and James both showed us how well they play when they jammed together in the set, then watched them both vibing when Grace and Arran did a spellbinding duet.
Such an excellent night.
It was over too soon, can not wait to see them again.
Must comment on the sound system for the venue, it is really good, loud but clear all evening.

Nice venue big bar down stairs the concert room was not the biggest but nice and cosy decent bar got served pretty easy nice selection of ales mostly cans and bottles old ales . Good sound coming from the bands there was quite a few seats at the back cinema style which some people appreciated their was also some VIP seats on a balcony with a big rsj running through it didn't look very comfortable. The beer prices weren't the cheapest but the staff were friendly would go back

This is a bustling, friendly and cosy dance hall and cocktail bar on a landmark, roman architecture styled building on Grosvenor street, which is close to the busy Oxford Street in Manchester City.
The DJs were on full blast! It was such a lively and fun outing. I can't say how affordable the bar is, but it appears they've got a decent selection of drinks on the menu, and the staff are quite friendly too. They also have an interesting long list of upcoming live music shows, hopefully I'll be lucky to see one of them. You should love this place. Lol
P. S.
Excellent small venue. Creats a great atmosphere. Enjoy
