Reviews of East of England Arena and Events Centre
S. S.
Attended Truckfest 2021, great day out, loads to see and do, amazing trucks and entertainment, some nice deals on the market stalls. Parking was easy. The only let down was the toilet facilities.
P. L.
Had a fantastic time here at the weekend with the family at TruckFest.
The ticketing system at the start was terrible, with no-one knowing what line to get into and there were no officials to guide the 1000s of people.
But once inside, we all has a great day.
A. 5.
Excellent show ground and facilities. Nicely positioned a short drive from the city centre. Will be back next year again for the LR show.
o. k.
Attended truckfest fabulous assortment of vehicles many with custom paintwork, many with pictures on, also watched motor bike stunts and monster trucks in the arena
A. P.
First time to the grounds / arena but very nice clean and tidy well was on 08/08/21 when coming to buses festival
H.
Here for modified nationals, good organisation (despite restrictions), plenty of signs up for social distancing, plenty to see, do, eat and drink. Campsite is organised, security are great too!
N. D.
Fantastic place, massive arena 👏 brilliant place for shows and large events,
S. M. C.
Peterborough bike show was excellent! Very well organised with friendly staff everywhere 😁😁😁
I. G.
Awesome show so good to see all the bikes loved it! 😍
D. F.
Went there for the Devitt MCN motorcycle show, well organised and a enjoyable day out.
S. B.
Artendee for the car Modified Nationals. The actual show was good but very disorganised venue, staff didn't know where to direct people, resulting in lots of confused pedestrians and drivers
S. B. R.
Brilliant venue. Great selection of shows and events
S. A.
Called in for a motorhome show, well signposted and very efficient staff guiding you into the hall. Very limited hot food and drinks but sufficient to keep you going
J. B.
Truckfest lots of lorry to see old and new some with great airbrushing. Movie lorry monster truck a market and fair a great afternoon out.
R. L.
We visited here a few weeks back for the motorcycle festival. Very good size space, lots of room to mill about, obviously tons of bike related stalls selling various equipment/merchandise.
Lots to see and refreshments could be purchased from multiple food stalls. Toilets on site. A few small fun fair rides for younger children. We enjoyed our visit and seeing the different bikes to look at, small fmx show was on, flat track style races. Good day all in all.
(Ample parking here)
A. P.
Very well laid out arena and exhibition centre
K. M.
Han an amazing day at the American hot rod and custom car show.
M. Y.
Went here for the Land Rover show. There were some fabulous vehicles there & everyone there was really friendly.
Couldn't believe the price of things though....!! The tiniest burger in the world for over 6 quid...I'm aware there's a pandemic but feel like I'm being robbed eating out & visiting places at the moment....
A. W.
Functions well.
Expensive foods, limited choice. Buy stuff outside before you go in, especially drinks.
WC facilities are from the 70s... Let's be kind... the 80s.
Food selection... No better than a road side burger van at x3 the £.
J. L.
Went to the land rover show and it was absolutely fantastic
S. R.
The actual arena was great, we attended the MCN motorcycle festival. Lots of stalls, choice, great grounds, everything was amazing! The let down was the camping. The toilets were not the best, and the showers were the worst I've ever experienced. They basically dribble, it's not a shower, and went from freezing to scalding hot every minute. Awful awful showers. If you go there and camp, don't bother using them!!! But everything else was fantastic.
j. W.
Amazing place for events, clearly marked entrances and ample free parking.
Staff can’t do enough to help you if you have a problem and extremely secure. You feel totally safe and at ease to enjoy the events.
E. D.
Great place with good facilities. I like going there for the mcn show lots of bikes and bike accessories. Well worth a visit
M. S.
They do host a wide range of events but as of late the main attraction is the covid vaccine and testing centre. If you're there for an event I'm sure you'll love it. If you're there to get jabbed in the arm or have something shoved up your nose I'm not sure you'll enjoy it as much. Or maybe you will? Whatever floats your boat.
J. H.
Plenty of people about but not so many stalls also only 2 places where you could get a drink and sandwiches so long queues all day best to take you own food and drink.
T. B.
Great place for shows like Truckfest.
H. V.
Really good to attend the LRO Show again after the Covid-19 event cancellation last year. A warm, sunny day; expansive car parking/camping areas providing fast & efficient entry to the show; exciting vehicle capability events to watch throughout the day in the arena; lots of meticulously prepared, classic to modern era Landrovers to see on owners-club stands; bargain retail & specialist parts/equipment stands; spoilt for choice with the food & drink kiosks & well maintained toilet facilities throughout the showground. A thoroughly enjoyable, 'Grand Day Out Gromet!' as Wallace was wont to say, at great value for money prices. Highly recommended venue & event.
B. L.
The arena was okay. The staff weren’t very friendly as could be imagined with a large boxing crowd but they were ruder than I would have normally expected. The lines were so long to the one drinks stand that I didn’t even bother attempting to get one for the three hours. The food at the stands was good and as they actually had a few at least we only had to wait a couple of minutes to get some food. In the arena there was plenty of space and reasonable seats but this was really expected for VIP seats. Overall not bad mainly just needs and extra drinks bar and friendlier staff.
P. H.
Went there with Asia and Radek for the Truckfest on sun 29th Aug, brilliant brilliant day out, to see all the amazing trucks especially Scania, thousands of people this year after covid19 restrictions last year, swamthing, motorcycles displays amazing 👏. Loved the day out Thankyou Truckfest, organiser's, to all the owners who put somuch hard work in for us......
D. L.
Went here last year with my son for Modified Nationals. Absolutely fantastic...big arena and a massive outdoor area..Excellent facilities. Spot on👍👌
A. W.
This site is typical of the under-funded wastes of space that seem to blight our wonderful country.
The arena area was tatty and poorly maintained.
The toilets were smelly, the sinks, although they had hot and cold taps, both were cold, and the had drying facilities wrre woefully inadequate. There were 2 paper towel dispensers, both of which were empty really early in the day, and not re-filled. There were 2 air dryers. One was not working, and the second was like an astmatic pensioner.
Invest in the basic facilties to attract more business. Don't skimp on the basics.
J. H.
Lots of free parking.
Large hall with another smaller entrance hall.
K. D.
Great day for us, some good bargains. Enjoyed night time entertainment. Think they need to consider a family only section, always get some idiots spoiling it for rest.
K. W.
Brill day out food could be better my husband had a burger and was kill next day but toasted sandwich were the best and very yummy clean van and lovely people serving l had toasted sandwich
xxx
K. S.
Good parking large site so everyone is not squeezed together. Bad point the toilets smell Really bad why are they no extractor fans in them
G. D.
I was here for the Modified Nationals, it was a venue well suited to the content. The toilets were moderately clean and well maintained, there was plenty of parking too. Unfortunately the food stall holders were up to their greedy normal tricks charging a fortune for canned drinks (in excess of £2 for 1 can, even more for bottles) and food was even worse. I would recommend stopping at a supermarket before you arrive and get hammered by them. All in all a good venue tho
C. M.
Went to watch speedway play off final. Which was brilliant. Only criticism was there was only 1 food outlet for about 4000 people
I. T.
The venue is large with good facilities including a restraunt. Appart from the main hall there is a large atrium and a smaller meeting room. I attended the National Garden Railway show.
N. W.
Brilliant venue and I always have a good time, clean, tidy and safe.
This event was the LRO show and the organisers pulled out all the stops.
R. O.
Ok. Went to an evening event and it was awful finding your way around in the dark and no directions. Catering for 3000 people was one burger van. Who wants to pay to attend an event and just stand in a queue.
S. D.
Enjoyed our day at Motorsport With Attitude. An ideal venue plenty of parking and good facilities.
M.
A welcome return of an 'essential' Land Rover owner show. Great events in the arena; well done LROI.
E. R.
We attended EoE Championship Dog Show here, it was outdoors and very well maintained. The toilets were a little grotty but it was a very busy day. Access is easy and well sign posted and the parking was ample with close access to the show.
J. s.
Vast area for the bike show. More traders with boots and jackets. Slightly difficult to get the test ride experience as you got to wait for your time and it was just over 15 minutes to test. a bike. Not much of an experience.
K. K.
Fantasia circus was awesome, especially fireman Alex was Chaplin-esque! Great act!! Bravo!! Worth the admission, the multi talented balancing family was great fun and the archer/hula hoop wonder woman was extraordinary. Great family day out.
D. C.
Went for a COVID-19 test, staff were very helpful and efficient, couldn't have been a better or simpler experience.
R. M.
Truckfest was awesome . Nice site , easy to find , plenty of parking . On events 3rd day , toilets could do with more attention . But a great venue .
H. P.
Loved the landrover show. perfwct for couples or families. facilities were clean and tidy. Food stalls were great but expensive.
A. E.
Went here for the COVID test and I have been for my vacation. Reminds me of the walking dead! But it is quick and easy to get to.
P. J.
The east of England showground/arena holds a large range of events and has ready access from the A1 both North and South bound. Even with large queue's the gates are able to process large volumes of people at sensible speed. So many events, there's something for everyone from cars/bikes/trucks to antiques, music, science and more.
S. S.
Have had to attend the grounds for various Covid related occasions. Always very polite members of staff and easy to navigate to and around the grounds.
R. D.
Went to speedway for the first time, was great atmosphere and for the price was a great night out would highly recommend, will be going again
R. G.
We went to the Motorhome show. It was absolutely mobbed. There wasn't as many vehicles to view as I recall were there in the past, maybe the exhibitors thought that nobody would attend because of CV19 so a bit of a let down this year.
As for the EOE showground it's an excellent site for these type of shows with plenty of outdoor exhibit space and a crescent shaped area with a very cool mobile bar and seating area also fast food. No.internal exhibitors this time but there is a.very large indoor area which is used especially on.the twice yearly antique fair.
Loads of free parking although it is on uneven.grass so if you have a low slung wheel base then it's not.a good idea.
S. S.
Went to Landrover Owner international show September 2018 at the East of England show ground, as it's a popular show I had to queue for half an hour even though I pre booked.
Site facilities are excellent.
Plenty of fresh water points and plenty of clean toilets, there are also waste collection points around the site and good security.
Huge level camping area with good access roads.
The show is so big its worth camping there so you have more time to see all the attractions.
A. B.
Great day out at Truckfest. Difficult to find toilet facilities when awsy from main Arena
g. p.
Arrived by bike good marshaling, no checks made on virus certificates on entry, that was a waste of time going on to the Web site NHS and gaining the information for what!what has happened to this show lve never seen so much empty fields, and what content was in the show, alot more work.has got to go into next year's show BMW stand,if that's the best they can do, waste of time,it took 2 hours to cover the show ground, northing would want to shout about!
S. G.
MCN motorbike show, Sunday 19th May. Two of us took the bikes on what was a very foggy start. As we were getting near the venue the fog lifted, sun beamed on us and a big smile appead. The show was packed, loads going on. If you missed it then make sure you don't in 2020.
J. S.
Good event today, very busy but organisation was fine apart from having to prove my son is not over 15, asked for proof of age...like anyone carries that.
I. D.
We went to LAMMA here for the second year in a row. Good place for a large outside exhibition, but cold and bleak when the wind blows! The second day of LAMMA got cancelled this year due to wind damage to the marquees and stands!
L. G.
Had the day at Truckfest- went for Shayne Ward really 😁 Some stunning lorries. Bike stunts. Stalls of all sorts. Just make sure you have enough money! Lol
s.
Loved it, be warned though it's a huge place so carry a fold up chair if you tire easily. Full marks to the showground staff and those of the organisers of the motorhome show. I honestly felt safe walking in the crowds, due to very good Covid enforcement rules. Thank you all.
B. C.
We went for the Motorhome show June 2021. Just coming out of lock down so ready to appreciate anything. We got what we wanted but you had to be quick. Very few motorhome exhibitors and very little stock. Many stalls sold out on the first or second day.
G. S.
Good venue, easily accessible from the A1.
I was at the Garden Railway Show. Excellent day.
M. G.
A great weekend at the International Landrover show
L. P.
Attended for my covid vaccine and have to say I was so impressed. Super organised. Well run. Amazingly friendly staff. Efficient. Fantastic. Well done and thank you to all of the staff involved in rolling out the vaccine, you’re doing a wonderful job.
A. C.
Bought this for my teenage son. Didn't really know what to expect but what a fantastic experience ! He absolutely loved it. The instructor was great!
J. Y.
Amazing very loud car show, custom n modified cars! Soooooo much base! Regularly cleaned toilets and showers! Crazy mad weekend!
B. S.
Great venue for around Peterborough area, just need an electric charging point
L. L.
Good experience but food and drink are far to expensive. Lovely day out with the family. Would recommend family taking a picnic as far to expensive to eat and drink there could not believe how expensive it was.☹☹
T. M.
Visited for the antiques fair and although the weather was not to good the fair it self was a success seems to be a very good venue
a. w.
Excellent event, loads to see, loads of bargains, only down side was £6 a pint in the entertainment venue at night,it's only a fiver in London
J. H.
Plenty of parking, well signed to the event.
S. J.
Great place for events. Currently being used for covid tests and vaccination centre.
As a vaccination centre it's really well organised and the people there are doing a fantastic job both protecting you while on site and also by doing the vaccination campaign.
Full credit and thanks to everyone working and volunteering there. Thank you!
T. G.
Equifest is a brilliant day out for young and old to enjoy . We stayed for the evening performance this year and the atmosphere was brilliant will be going for the weekend next year either staying in an hotel or going to take our caravan
A. L.
Camped loads of times in the family area & always felt safe as the grounds are always monitored by security & the buildings are very clean & well maintained there is a small shop on site but is quite expensive so best to take your own supplies.
d. b.
James bond christmas partys
Had a wonderful night the staff couldn't of looked after us ant better the food was fab and the singer was amazing a proper night out for a christmas party with friends absolutely fabulous
S. S.
Car parks are huge! Venue was nice and clean and well organised.
M. J.
Good would like to have seen more card craft stalls. Great make and takes.
D. P.
Went today for a dog show, well organised regarding covid situation, checking which area of site you were heading to,as show in main arena area and a covid test site on another part of the car park. Facilities were clean and saw they were checked regularly, plenty of hand sanitizer around site to. Obviously minimal stalls due to current situation, but enough food outlets to be minimal queues, and unless you were entered into the dog show no dogs other than entered into the show were allowed in. Overall, well organised and presented.
S. S.
Great venue and easy to navigate, Covid precautions in place and felt safe
S. P.
Went there for the MCN Motorbike Festival. Brilliant venue. Staff were lovely and it was easily accessible!
B. M.
Great showground. I attend the Land Rover show there every September. Only big negative if attending by public transport is the long walk round to the entrance which is at the very back of the ground.
J. I.
I have used the East Of England Arena for many things in the past. Recently it has been for COVID tests and jabs. Very professionally ran and well sign posted on site. You do need a car to get to it and around it though, which is fine for me but for people to use this facility that do not drive then a bus facility may be handy.
S. P.
Excellent facility for the MCN festival, toilets were well maintained and the staff and security on site were fantastic. Camping pitches were not allocated so first come first serve and the ground was a little uneven due to previous events
s. h.
went to the landrover show had an absolutey fantastic day met some great people definatly back again now an addict 😁
l. h.
Good set up for shows. first time camping here. toilets are dated but clean and functional. Shower are also dated. Staff are friendly and helpfull.
S. W.
Festival of Railway Modelling - excellent layouts, traders, catering expensive (new?)
j. g.
Lots going on plenty of stalls to buy things bike related worth a visit .bit pricey to get in £44 for 2 adults
D. H.
Went here for a horse festival. The facilities were very suitable for both horses and riders
J. W.
big showground. very flat. poor drainage and water pressure across areas of site.
G. O.
Motorcycle festival was great, very very well organized, I will definitely come back!!
D. W.
The venue is good, but blocking the right hand lane on the public dual carriageway to get access, is poor. Definitely a need for better traffic management.
D. P.
I went here for Truckfest & had an excellent day out
D. “. W.
Well organised and clean. Great place for events
p. R.
Was a great experience all round and wish to thank all the staff especially the hospitality cleaning and security staff thank you see you next year
G. R.
Went for the MCN festival. Very good experience, will return next year.
R. M.
Went to cheese festival and to Jack Whitehall here. Good parking plenty to eat and drink. Also had both Covid vaccinations here fantastic staff well run.
N. B.
MCN Devitt Motorcycle Festival, absolutely loved it. Very well organised with plenty of space for organisers and visitors.
N. F.
Been here for all sorts of events, easy to get to and plenty parking.
R. W.
A very lively business exhibition at the "Biscuit" that was held inside the Peterborough arena. Lots of professional stands and good networking.
V. D.
Very nice place to spend your day 👍 Recommend
C. B.
Great venue for big events like Truckfest. Food outlets were pricey and gave limited choice.
D. M.
Easy to park, good temperature and well organised.
S. D. C.
Great place to visit for a day out !!
E. B.
I visited here to receive my first covid vaccine. The organisation was fantastic and I was in and out in no time. There was plenty of parking and there were plenty of stewards to help and guide you to the right place.
j. H.
We spent 3 hours here, parking was a bit confusing as there was also a Covid testing area and a Covid vaccination centre at the same site, but organisers had obviously made great effort to have many traders outside under canvas that would have usually been under better cover, unfortunately the weather was extremely inclement with Gale force winds and rain which did put a "damper" on the day, something that was unpredictable for May!! I would still recommend .
T. S.
Great venue, amazing Landrover event. Thank You from all the crew at Lowestoftwatersports.com
R. C.
Food, Fun, Fellowship, Fantastic Worship, Freedom, Flash Fotography, Fuzzy Fotos 😀
s.
Decent venue, absolutely huge and always good fun camping at Modified Nationals, but expect to take out a mortgage if you buy at any on site food shops and stalls
B. C.
Went to the motorhome show it was a great weekend. lots to see.
M. T.
Lots of anti bacterial available, one way systems in place and plenty of staff making sure visitors stick to the rules. Lots of signs reminding of wearing masks and social distancing. Big gaps between stalls. Don't think they could of done anything else. We enjoyed our visit, and come away with a few bargains as usual.
R. R.
Great place, which holds show events, this week it's drilling and tunnelling machines 👍
B. H.
Event we attended was fabulous ....Equifest 2021...but the Showground has seen better days!
A. D.
Visited for our vaccines this time but have also been for testing and other pre-covid events. Always found the centre to be well run, clean and a very organised. Looking forward to going back in happier times.
G. R.
Visited to have the Covid jabs. Very professional set up. I felt they knew exactly what they were doing at every stage. Even a gentleman outside keeping us informed of which appointment times were now being accepted.
R. A. A.
Big open spaces Arenas for different events. Roads are ok but I can imagine they could get congested on a busy day.
J. P.
Good access. Good parking. Overpriced food and drinks.
C. D.
Speedway here is bloody amazing- can't wait for next season
R. B.
Fantastic covid jab there. Probably the best I've ever had. Also if you leave your car door wide open by accident for the entirety of your vaccination worry not. Nothing was knicked.
L. S.
Brilliant day at truckfest and a good showground
R. D.
Truck fest was great...few more toilets though would be helpful
p. e.
Always a pleasure when we visit here no matter what shows we go to.
P. G.
Went there for my 2nd vaccine. Staff and volunteers were marvellous. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent site for mass vaccinations.
K. W.
Fantastic evening watching Peterborough panthers v bellevue Aces. Well worth the trip from Manchester. Lovely people made us very welcome.
E. M.
Vaccine centre is set up well, staff were really helpful. Very well organised now that other things are going on.
E. S.
Visited for crafting live. Very covid friendly and free parking!!!
D. B.
Been to a couple of events here have to queue a while to get in and foods expensive.but if you go to these places this is what is expected
M. F.
I did a charity run here. The surface was shocking all loose rocks on the walkways
S. K.
No dig live, very good event for anyone looking for specialist equipment for trenchless installations.
V. G.
First time visiting this place. Covid restrictions meant fewer facilities and no food shop and restaurant. But great entertainment and very well organized. Would definitely recommend.
P. L.
Had my first covid jab here and absolutely fantastic. All the volunteers and staff were amazing esp Trevor the carpark man.. He was just what we needed when feeling a little anxious..
C. W.
Good parking and not far to walk to the showground. Nowhere to sit and have a rest with your own sandwiches, only the bars and cafés.
C. S. P.
I can only review based upon my covid vaccine experience, but based upon that it is so well organised. All the Marshall staff were great, informative and very friendly 👍 I Will be popping back in July for jab 2 so I am sure it will be just as organised then too.
K. H.
Great show well worth going to and very reasonably priced.
M. M.
Enormous! A bit wet and really windy. No indoor eating areas at all. Well organised parking and safety. Neefs the indoor eating too get 5 stars.
L. P.
Good signage to venue. Very accessible for the disabled. Ramps where needed but not many as most of the arena is flat. Toilets clean and usable. While arena was clean and tidy considering the amount of people wandering around. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
D. D.
Visiting for the LRO show.
OLD facilities, but overall a great weekend.
B. b. B. B. E.
Super place , super performance it was perfectly organized everything.
A. E.
Very good show must go to meany more of them
A. F.
Great venue, very clean, lots of toilets, and bins. Huge show ground. Good parking great access.
M. S.
Had both covid jabs here, very well organised. Been to a few EoE shows and events, place is totally suitable for this purpose. Don't know why they want to build houses on it. 😔.... Oh wait!... money. 🙄
M. A.
Went there for my Covid Vaccine and felt very comfortable with the service, volunteers and staff were really nice and helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.
S. P.
Excellent facilities. Home of the Peterborough Panthers speedway club. Easy access via the A1.
A. A.
This is a great and big place that can do many events. I went for soul survivor and found it amazing.
C. G.
It was nice and sunny, no event was on except for one called "Covid Jab" so didn't really enjoy it but I recommend everyone to get their jab it's vitally important even for those like me who have a big phobia of injections.
L. B.
Vaccination Centre well signposted, car park attendants no hassle getting in and out, only thing is you must cover your dash cam upon entry I just put a black mask over mine.
A. C.
Plenty of parking. Easy to get to. Good facilities for running a horse show
h. O.
lovely venue run really well ,and the building was just a nice temperature in the cold weather
L. S.
Great venue for outdoor exhibitions, with lots of grass fields and indoor barns for traders, great visit. Also, the arena for live bands and other acts.
S. W.
A little run down. But a great history lesson. It holds many events throughout the year so if you become a regular i suggest you become a member
J. L.
Large space and good parking. Traffic can be a nightmare with busy events though. Was once stuck in the car park for nearly 90 minutes
R. G.
Great event, really enjoyed it. Only thing was not very well organised we didn't know where we were going even with directions up too much going on in that area.
C. P.
Its not until September 4/5 but if its as good as last time we went it will be Fantastic
J. H.
I usually visit the Festival of Antiques twice a year. This year very different due to Covid-19 but easier to get around. The one way system was not perfect inside buildings, but as there were less visitors it was easier to social distance from others.
L. C.
It was good for a day out. Not loads to see for such a large area so staying over would have been a bit boring.
D. B.
Even though it was a worry, regarding carona virus we had quite a nice time looking around the motor and caravan show for three days. Weather made a difference and the staff complemented the showground. So all in all a good long weekend away thank you 😊
P. f.
Rad England Arena Peterboro absolutely manic today arrived 0645 left 1235 collected 4 fuel browsers on 45ft flat bed arctic Crazy place choke lol
c. t.
Had truckfest there its like Christmas for truckers
J. S.
Nice big open space. Plenty of toilets and inside space for trading stands
T. H.
Seen many great things here. Photos are from the Fantasia Circus.
P. B.
Festival of Model Railway visit, an anual event. Good exhibition, could widen the range of exhibit types, probably too many trade stalls.
The arena is easy to get too, excellent parking close to venue. Venue is large clean light and airy. Catering is as usual at these events poor and very overpriced. Again the bar was not open.
G. L.
One bar not enough. Missed 5 races queuing
N. E.
Great venue great location
A. D.
For the first time but wery nice.
R. H.
We went to the Antiques Fair here,
we had a great time but it finished at 4:30 pm. We managed to bag ourselves some bargains - missed a sit down cafe area inside (it was raining) obviously due to covid but other events manage it.
D. W.
We went to the antique fair and it was a nice day out.
S. N.
It went very fast. I liked the after area where I was offered a glass of water and I could seat on the chair for 15min🙂
K.
A great show venue ampel parking and space to roam
A. D.
Fabulous venue for all sorts of county showground events with easy access straight off the A1 and well managed egress after the show!

Lovely day out! So much to see, you definitely need all day to get round all the stalls. Had to queue to get in, but not for as long as we feared. Lots of food stalls, although they were a bit expensive, but they always are at events like this. Also plenty of loos! We will definitely go again!
D. P.
Mcn show. Great day out for motorcycle enthusiasts.
D. C.
Went to the Women's Leaders Awards Dinner the venue was laid out well and looked very nice. Food was good. A good event maybe a few more staff would have got a five star experience. All in all no too bad.
T. M.
An excellent venue for the MCN/Devitts motorcycle show.
P. M.
Could have been alot better some of the things i wanted the traders wasnt there
E. H.
Went to see Jack Whitehall, seats were not that comfortable and not much room either side for the bigger person. Show was great tho ,plenty of toilets and parking. Stewards helped people get out of the carpark quickly and efficiently.
M. T.
Clean and tidy good parking easy to get to
M. V.
COVID vaccination centre visit, June 2021, well organised and efficient, friendly staff. (This review will look weird in five years...)
J. S.
Went to the showground to the Bob Evans festival of antiques fair. Its a large venue with lots of parking spaces but no toilet facilities in the outer car park areas for early visitors. The exhibition hall is spacious and has a spacious feel about it and would be ideal for a private function room. The cattle sheds can be cold in the bad weather. There are plenty of food vans serving ranges of food. Just nothing available to keep the younger visitors entertained.
S. C.
Had my first vaccine here and the staff and systems in place were second to none. Would definitely visit again to fight covid19.
L. W.
Good day out at Crafting Live. Good facilities. Go every year and never have to queue for the ladies toilet like you do at most of these kind of events. Good selection of craft materials from knitting and Stitching through to papercraft and multi-media crafts. Good source for inspiration and information.
j. t.
Great place for an event lots of space and we'll looked after
g. h.
Said they were going to put a spare style shop on site for the event as was advertised then didn't.meant people did bring much supply's.and to go off site for milk bread.poor.
E. D.
Plenty of parking with easy access to the arena attending the Motability Car Show
s. “. l.
Went to the bah humbug fest on last day.
Could of done with some more people there
D. C.
Visited here for Soul Survivor. It's a great venue with good facilities and loads of space.
T. “. f. P.
Been here for several different events. It always good for parking, the site is always clean and tidy. Food, as nearly always at this sort of location is over priced, and heatlamp dry, and they never seem to make a decent coffee.
C. P.
Always attend bmf/mcn Festival cannot fault the venue
D. B.
It was great place to see event with planty of toilet refreshments
J. C.
We come here every year for the Landrover owners magazine show weekend, the facilities are good enough for the amount of people they let stay. There not super modern and you do need a torch at night as the lights normally dont work. However the fact you have so much space, the area area with weather proof stand and the barn areas and the cafe and little shop. The shop is a bit pricey but for essentials it's really good. Around we always enjoy coming here
R.
Really well organised with lots of security and available assistance. E.Tickets and Covid arrangements really good too. All greeters in car parks and entrances all on the ball, helpful and friendly.
G. B.
Great place to get a Covid vaccine, and a brief view of some nice hot rods on the way out too. :-)
C. C.
Well organised event, very well attended, no problems with parking access or finding facilities during the day. Plenty of indoor/outdoor options. Seating at the stands have good views and security presence was reassuring. Well done land rover owners show and EOE showground.
S. M.
Allways love the motor home show plenty of stalls for accessories also food stalls and lots of motor homes for sale
M. T.
Very good loved the day out will go again 👍
P. D.
Went to the ‘Cheese Festival’ here. Car parking was easy and the entry process pretty slick. Scanned the code from a phone.
The cheese festival was ok. About 30 stalls selling cheese, food and drinks. Would recommend going once but I wouldn’t go twice.
J. D.
The Antique Fair was so much larger than we'd expected. Lots of interesting bits and pieces. Just a shame that some of the stall holders felt it justifiable to pack up at 13.30 when the event didn't finish until 16.00
S. K.
Great day out as usual . Loads to do and see
D. C.
great events, friendly staff and good variety of shows. poor road infrastructure and some dated facilities really let it down. The highways agency / Council recently upgraded one of the roads around it, but this hasn't addressed peak commuter traffic, let alone events and functions.. an otherwise great venue let down..
r. g.
This review is specifically for the spring antique fair held at. EOE every spring. the cost to inter is no cheap but not prohibitive. the area has masses of parking no cost although on grass so don't bring ypur Ferrari . so many stall inside in the main arena and in old sheds which works perfectly as well as numerous stalls outdoor a lot carrying architectural wares. lots of outdoor catering but little seating. which is why the main seating around the speedway track must be opened there are also toilets in the arena . all in all a great venue.
R. O.
This is the Covid testing and vaccination centre. But in normal times is also great as a venue for shows etc.
P. B.
Venue is well kept only thing that let it down at Truckfest lack of security
C. C.
More than happy with todays visit..my daughters absolutely loving her driving lessons . Shes wanting the same 6 lesson package again this year as part of her xmas present as per last year 🤔 what have i got myself into 😂😂😂
P. T.
Fairly level site, pitches divided by roads so easy to drive/cycle on. Can be windy because it's open & flat. Good amenities.
Been to Faith Camp here for many years & now also Soul Survivor. If you find walking difficult I recommend taking a bicycle to get around the site.
Some toilet blocks are better than others. Limited showers unless extra ones brought in for events. Toilets in the main Arena are very good.
WiFi available but really slow if lots of people are there so your own data is advisable.
D. w.
Covid test. Quick and easy. Pulled up. Given directions to a parking bay. Given instructions on how to use the simple test kit and all staff very polite. Drove away within 10 minutes of getting there. No fuss at all.
S. M.
Went to the MCN bike show. Easy to find and to park.
J. S.
Went here for the Just Dogs Live Show. It's was a very hot day so we did leave our dogs at home, although I was surprised to see so many dogs there, and I don't mean the dogs being shown in the indoor arena. The concrete was far too hot for them to stand on. Not the fault of the event holders, lots of stalls and lots of friendly people. So lots of treats for the dogs and for me! After all the walking about my daughter and I deserved an ice cream before heading back. I would say, as a regular to these shows, we took a picnic as some of the prices for food is expensive especially if there are a few of you.
s. a.
First time here to the antiques fair and it was great. The pork baguette I had was very tasty and the amount of stalls to look round was mind blowing. Only one thing got on my nerves and that is some stall holders feeling the need to justify there prices. I was looking at a pair of pristine ammo drums. I asked the price and made no attempt to haggle but still got the chapter and verse on the price. I would happily paid the asking price but was put off by the justification. On the other hand I bought 3 badges from a very polite, helpful and friendly gentleman.
S. I.
Attended Glow in the Park here. There was plenty of parking however was very dark walking back to the cars afterwards. The toilets were nice and airy and was easy to find. They were clean to start with. Food was available as was drinks. The show ground itself was spacious and accommodated the event well, just a shame the event itself as poorly organised
M. C.
Very well laid out if a little show, could of possibly been better supported by trade stands
But did enjoy what was there, and.aquired a few now needed item, well done to the organisers.
P. B.
Fabulous communication, lovely environment and Kelsie was great, love my haircut
m. w.
perfect venue for an antique fair with stands inside and outside. huge amount to enjoy, something for everyone. definitely a must for fair lovers.
J. N.
Went for my first dose of Covid-19 vaccine and the staff were very helpful, polite and courteous.
M. P.
Was a large truck show, but food was okay and expensive in the dining hall, better food for less everywhere else there. Too many trucks that were just there, but worth the visit. No goody bags or freebies on show so a little disappointed. MP
N. J.
Motor Sport With Attitude, fantastic events and well organised. Free parking and very reasonable entrance fee. Great live action displays and a wonderful family friendly atmosphere. Really hope it returns next year.
M. F.
This was our first visit to the East of England Arena to see Brian Cox. The Arena is really a very large shed type building and at least on this occasion had largely flat or level seating except for those at the very back which were elevated. The plastic seats weren't as uncomfortable as they initially looked, although there was a break after an hour. The show itself was not quite what I expected. It was interesting and perhaps increased my awareness of physics and cosmology more than it did my understanding. I thought the second half a little weak and could do with reviewing.
b. p.
MCN bike show , well set out and enjoyable time 😁👍
D. R.
Very nice venue for the Modified Nationals car show.
Well kept and tidy.
I guess it depend on what event you are attending as to how good it is but it's always been an excellent weekend away for me.
N. J.
Went to a Land rover show here in September. Great facilities, well laid out, it helped that it was hot & sunny. Easy access, lots of parking, well maintained. Large arena. Friendly staff.
A. E.
My Wife and I visited this venue for a Motability vehicle presentation which was excellent.
There is plenty of parking places and the facilities are very good.#
Plenty of toilets and Cafe`s too.
Overall we had a fantastic day out there.
T. P.
Excellent space inside, and the air conditioning was perfect for a hot weekend. The tarmac paths are good, but where vehicles are parked on the grass, you can see many have struggled. Parking for visitors is excellent, but the narrow maze of roads is awkward in heavy traffic for big events.
D. R.
We used this location for a massive nationwide church conference. The camping sites are good and flat and the toilet facilities pretty good! Had a great week. Accessible site, with good parking areas.
S. L.
We went to see Bill Bailey this evening and he was on top form. Very funny indeed. I'd never been to the Arena before but I was really impressed. Easy to get to, easy to park, no queues in the ladies (I know!), bar prices comparable with any other venue, seating comfy (although quite tightly packed together) and not too long queuing to exit the carpark. I would definitely go again.
S. A.
Great show tonight by Jack Whitehall. My first visit to the arena but probably my last as the seats were awful, sitting like sardines on hard metal chairs. The interval to get a drink was awful as the queues were so long so didnt bother. Then I found it highly dangerous getting out of the arena with everyone trying to get out all at once, noone organising rows leaving. Then the narrow exit where all were trying to squeeze through at once.
N. P.
Lovely pies no I'm from leigh not Wigxn
S. W.
Antiques Fair at Peterborough Showground. Lots of lovely antiques, polite staff and friendly, security people lovely and directions for parking good.
C. P.
Mod nats amazing weekend top event
P. B.
I went to the Hotrod and Modified national's, it was great I'd really recomend it, if you like that sort of thing.
J. B.
Cracking day out for the modified nationals, lots of space and fantastic security staff.
S. P.
Great open area lots of events happening all year round easy access of A1.
S. S.
Went there for the 2019 Landrover Show. Facilities a bit tired-looking and to be honest, it could do with a makeover. The food offer was very basic. Unless you were happy with a pasty or chips, there wasn't much else to be honest.
m. w.
It's getting smaller each time we go
l. m.
Well organised show ground. Visited the national motorhome show during April. Evening entertainment was available and lots of interesting stands to visit during the day including areas where you can enjoy food and drink. Camping is available if you wish to make a weekend of it.
K. S.
We come here for the London Championship rabbit show. Last year was the second time we had been and it is a lovely and clean showground. The only bit i did object to was the fireworks for the derby. Knowing there were animals in a massive hall
C. E.
Amazing place went there for soul survivor camp so big ☺️
s. k.
Good 1st experience despite the weather it was wet & chilly, 15th May 2021 for the young drivers event.
k. W.
Easy parking and access to this facility
A. S.
It's a big showground. It worked for the event we went to but was washed out the following week by bad weather. In some places there is significant noise from being pitched next to the A1 but if you wanted quiet you wouldn't be staying here.
R. C.
Nice venue. Can be a bit chilly in winter. Facilities are as expected...car park can be a nightmare due to poor staffing and inconsiderate visitors parking poorly and waiting space. Leaving after a show is usually a pig of a job as again visitors seldom act with any courtesy as we all try to file out the same exit. Generally it's advisable to sit for half an hour u til the car park clears a little.
P. H.
Awesome job as a vaccine centre!!! Very efficient, great staff, compassionate. Thank you!
J. G.
Great venue for a live event. Large, spacious and modern but needed more selection of food options for events. UWCB was a great night but needed more food options and not too over-priced, which it was IMO
D. L.
We're there for another Antique fair. This time we had booked a pitch outside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't playing ball. This year a new organiser was doing it. The reason I only gave it only a 3 star: it wasn't very well organised, nobody seemed to know an awful lot. But the people who worked there did really try very hard. Better going next year!!
T. F.
Food was basic. Stopped serving chips at 5pm with no warning because there was an event the next day. I was there till 9.30pm. So had to buy alternatives, not much choice or flavour. I guess it was ok for the event as you don't expect much from these places. Building was cold obviously not heated. Health and safety precautions were very good and to a high standard.
Z. D.
Really decent open air event arena with decent parking and good facilities. Toilets are always going to be a hard push to keep clean in such places but they still let the side down here. Just employ a toilet attendant!
S. M.
The Feel the Force Day, charity event was brilliant. The access in the East kf Englad show ground was perfect for the original purpose, for easy access for the disable l. All Star Wars characters were there in full dress, and plenty of other things too. A great little display of cars, tons of celebities to meet, cosplayers walking about, and cuddles with a Wookie were an absolute must for all.
If you sidnt go this year, you must next year.
F. F.
Went to the Motorhome show. Excellent marshaling and covid procedures in place to get into the arena
m.
Great day out
J. S.
Took my Partner for there First Covid Vaccination and the place was very well organised for those taking a Test and for the Vaccine.
B. D.
If your a speedway fan, this is must visit track. Always fantastic racing, very large stand for no extra charge to sit in. Pits are close to the supporters do you can see all your favourite riders.
S. D.
Had covid jab here brilliant people.
When truckfest is on cant fault the place always tidy
D. S.
Great entertainment, good camping facility all at a reasonable price.
M. H.
Massive venue with indoor and outdoor traders, food vans, ice-cream
Well laid out and Covid aware
D. j.
Admission price ridiculous , food outlets the same, traveled 200miles to visit this car show , will not be going again.
A. L.
Excellent venue, spacious and well layed out!
S. R.
Went for my 2nd jab. BRILLIANT SERVICE AND VERY COVID SECURE. Thanks to the staff and the superb NHS!!!
S. M.
BusFestival - well organised. Very good facilities and signage!
C. J.
Big sprawling area. Some car parks not ideal if your unsteady on your feet.
W. P.
Attended an event here for Motability with my sis, very crowded and busy everywhere. Queuing for almost everything to do with catering even coffee. Maybe more staff needed or more people attending than predicted car park was chaotic but plenty of spaces and transportation to the arena.
L. S.
Lovely dog show, everybody seemed to enjoy themself and was very friendly
B. N.
Tons of space really well organised event, cannot wait to visit again
K. M.
Have been to various shows here, well organised
A.
It's ok, went for family member David jab. Didn't see much.
C. R.
We go to the showground for the young driver lessons. It is easy to get to, they sign post where we need to go once inside the grounds. The place is big and open and my child likes driving around the grounds.
T. S.
Went to the antiques fair which I believe is the biggest in country. Catering facilities were abysmal and inadequate. In eating areas there was very little seating, it appeared that all the chairs had been taken by the stall-holders. After a long day on your feet it was disappointing not to be able to sit and have a cup of tea and a sandwich. For this reason alone I will not be going again.
I. W.
Great place for visiting a show or two, even more so if you het to saty over on site for the weekend.
You get easy access to all the ground.
There are plenty of WC's on site dotted here and there, unfotunately some of them are pretty rank. But you learn what ones are the best. Show ground and parking are easy to find straight off the A1.
T.
Enjoyed the MCN Festival immensely but was disappointed with the staff in the restaurant. All were polite and friendly but no one seemed to be communicating with each other or keeping a proper track of orders and as such the organization of the whole team went to pot. A man who appeared to be the manager seemed to hinder more than help by barking orders and adding to the teams disarray. Disappointing.
E. M.
We went to Soul Survivor here this year, we are coming back next year! Fab event space, loved the running water and toilet facilities! Brilliant for the kids, teenagers and parents. Soul Survivor was amazing...
C. H.
Visited for the caravan and motorhome show and camped on site for two nights in our motorhome. Thought the whole thing was very well organized from arrival to departure. Thanks to all the ushers and maintenance staff for all they did and their friendliness.
r. m.
Went for MCN motorcycle event, but good for any event,if your camping (caravaning, mobile home, tents ect) loads of space and well organised, but the shower and toilet facilities could do with a major upgrade!Bars are expensive as well.
A. C. C. C.
The shed of whimsy. We visited for the bill bailey gig.
The gig itself was great however the facilities were a little rough round the edges. Seating was definitely not something you wanted to be in for more than 30mins at a time.
A. Y.
Went with a few friends to see Jasper Carrot and he had a great supporting band of aging musicians from the 60s.
The venue was good and the seating was comfortable enough. There was good parking arrangements and easy to find from the A1.
V.
Huge antiques fair with something for everyone interested in antique furniture, vintage, bric a brac and upcycled everything. Would give 5 stars if there were more places to rest and take a break and on a hot day that is in the shade. It's a huge site and can be quite challenging if you are of a certain age. As usual at events like this you are a captive audience and paying £10 for five cans of cola came as a bit of a shock but I'm not sure how much control the organisers have over this However on the whole it's a great day out. Parking is free and there is plenty of space.
T. O.
Went to the fireworks fiesta it was such an amazing display. There was a variety of food and drinks to choose from but very expensive. The toilets are very small and not that clean and the hot water is extremely hot to the point where it could burn your hands.
D. T.
Went for my 2nd covid jab so can't rate the arena on this occasion
s.
Massive range of events held here. Disabled access and varied toilets all over the sight. Never a long walk needed. :) also has on sight bars and shops that are well run and not to pricey.
M. H.
A well laid out show ground. Access very easy via A1. Facilities are ample, better than most. My only criticism is, if you require cash then you will be charged £1.75 for the privilege.... come on its 2018!
C. G.
Was a epic show at truck fest
N. B.
From Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd of April 2018, it staged the first motorhome and caravan show of the year. £8 per person per day entrance. Covers a very large outdoor area for exhibitors. More than enough for what we wanted and about 90 miles each way from North London taking one and a half to two hours buy car. The mainly grass area could get quite muddy if it rained...but it didn't. Apparently, lots of various other shows on throughout the year.
D. F.
Had a great night, white collar boxing was really well organised
F. C.
Great permanent showground, plenty of space for camping etc and good facilities including wi fi, showers, a shop and permanent event hall. Security and on site management could be better. It was slow and disorganised on arrival, we queued over 1 hour to get in and then we were left to get hook ups sorted ourselves, some of the staff were unhelpful and rude. Two days later before they came back with our 'official' permits to display! Hopefully the rumours circulating about the East of England showground being sold for development are untrue.
J. G.
We've been to so many events at the East of England Showgrounds. The latest, being the Peterborough Antiques Fair, was fantastic. This is a great venue, with really good facilities. We're planning more visits later in the year.
G. E.
Still not sorted drainage issues in some parts of the grounds after 12 years so I'm told Where we camped the toilet and shower facilities were excellent on Red 4the staff kept them very clean Thankyou!!!
R. C.
Visited for the Truckfest.
Venue was well organised staff were very professional and courteous.
Had a brilliant day there.
Thanks to all involved
M. J.
Described by Bill Bailey as "Looking like one of those holding centres in a zombie apocalypse movie" Its a big shed without enough toilets or a big enough bar for large events. Seating is also very tight and uncomfortable. Car parking is free and access is excellent though.
G. B.
Arena is super.
Some areas flood easily so think about that when camping! Cow sheds need upgrading to avoid flooding... cows don't like getting their feet wet!
K. b.
Attended for my covid vacation very well laid out plenty of volunteers to direct you around well laid out well done
H. A.
Went there for the first time today (Saturday 28th September 2019) for the antiques fair. Wish I had/rented a mobility scooter . It was nice watching Bargain Hunt being filmed too.
D. M.
Attended Peterborough Land Rover show and camped the weekend with friends. Was a fantastic weekend although we felt the food outlets were charging over the top for food. We did hear there were a few thefts of vehicle parts in the main public car park, but no idea how true this was.
R. W.
Covid vaccine today in and out in 25mins felt safe and clean very professional.
H. H.
We were at the MCN show it was another great day out ,with something for everyone ,had some test rides and more to look at than we could manage in a day full weekend I think next time .
J. D.
There for Modified Nationals and stayed in the quiet camping. Really well run and organised, plant of stalls, food and otherwise. The quiet camping was amazing, will definitely be there next year!
M. N.
Massive place, great for any outdoor show. Could do with a large canopy dotted here and there for when the rain comes.
D. C.
MCN Festival very well organised. Lots to see and do. Food and drink prohibitively expensive. As much as I loved it it has a greedy corporate feel to it. Sad really I think we will choose somewhere else next year.
V. C.
Good for a day out. We went on the first day, as first time we had visited. Very over crowded in the stalls, which meant we ended up not bothering with some. Would visit again but not on the first day.
D. W.
Here for east of england champ dog show.staff great hygiene in toilets fantastic
C. W.
Very windy but great event
J. G.
This was the Motorhome annaul show at Peterborough run by the MMM Warner's magazine. It is the most popular of their shows. Massive variety of Motorhomes and accessories. Can book Thursday to Monday Free entertainment each night except Saturday. Fee required for this main feature. Book early. Very well organised.
A. P.
An OK day out. Took us 3hrs to get there for a very small show.
Nice to bump into a couple of old friends but not enough new cars & bits to look at.
j.
DO NOT LISTEN TO 1 STAR REVIEWS! All of those reviews are reviewing the actual concert ect. but really they should be reviewing the showground. So anyone going to write a "loved billy mcconnel but hated the rest" Stop. I go anually to an anual christian event, and we love it. It serves its purpose, happily providing a good 3000 people with space to camp. The arena is well air-conditioned and the auditorium or "atrium" Is a great place we use for a cafe. The main arena has alot of seats in it and the fit everyone in happily. The grandstand is not used for much but there is weekly sports games held there. There is also alot of indoor spaces and little rooms for storage, meetings ect. The bathrooms are kept well and are quite tech advanced. I think if your going to the arena, come expectant and you'll be happy what you get.
P. J.
Nicely set up exhibition centre with easy access from A1. Signposting could have been better as I missed the best exit off the A1, but wasn't too hard to to the show from the next exit down
E. B.
Attended the 2019 convention of Jehovahs witnesses here. Great venue
B. B.
Vaccination center was amazing well organized great lay out can't wait for jab 2
K. D.
Came to food and farming day today. Brilliant day for the children. Very well organised. Lovely staff and stall holders. All really good with the children.
A. G.
Truckfest great show
K. S. (.
We usually exhibit at Equifest, but this year just went to watch for 1 day - very different due to change of date as the Scottish contingent had already gone back to school, thought the outside trade stands worked well and the different layout of the showing rings was good, the evening performances were as good as ever, we look forward to seeing you all again in 2020!!
J. G.
Great place to visit especially for car shows they host alot of different shows showers while camping are kept pretty clean small shop with a few camping essentials inside and food if you forget anything large indoor show areas also
J. B.
Attended the agricultural show. It was organised amazingly well. The whole site felt very safe and secure. The shows and presentations were really interesting and the children I was with were fascinated by the whole experience.
c. s.
Lovely so enjoyable. Beautiful horses
S. N.
It was one of the best days my daughter love the drift cars
S. T.
Had my covid vaccination here today. Very well organised and staff were very friendly & helpful.
J. B.
I visited the Model Railway show, for me it is an Annual pilgrimage. Great show usually, the food is not bad, usually from exterior vendors. Roll on next year's show
J.
We visited the antiques fair at the East of England show ground. Huge variety of stalls inside the hall and out on the large field. Definitely worth visiting if you are a collector or just browsing for the day!
T. L.
Bond night was super. Plenty of serving staff and food was way better than expected. But best of all was the female singer.
T. B.
Great place for families loads of different events all year round.
D.
A household name for East of England. Always enjoy visiting this venue.
R. H.
Great venue plenty of parking
D. I.
Went for my second covid jab and was very busy but clean and tidy everybody was lovely
R. M.
A great arena and good for the city. Live near by and all events are well organised and unaffecting local residents. Be nice for the locals to get discounted passes then I may go to more events :)
N. M.
Very good! It's a massive place and they have lots on!
j. s.
Attended the MCN motorcycle festival, great weekend,
L. B.
Went for corona injection, as I had a driver was only there 15 mins very well organised.
s. s.
The camping facilities are ok ish, nothing special and the showers could do with a spruce up, plenty of toilet facilities, the food and drink vendors are very expensive but they always are at these places
C. S.
Really far away from anywhere £9 taxi each way nightmare to get out of after closing. Drinks not as expensive as you'd expect venue quite nice, good atmosphere and the staff are all excellent.
A. L.
Parking was, badly organised for the antiques fair as covid injections were in the same queue
T. N.
Lots of stalls missing ,hope everyone comes back in 2022
H. L.
Have spent many a evening here watching peterborough panthers speedway doing what they do best. Also visited many a avent which have bern held here over the year's . Plenty of parking. Toilets available.
J. H.
Good car parking. More toilet blocks perhaps
C. H.
Arena itself was great. Site facilities (toilets, showers etc) were poor, but it's difficult to know if that was down to the site itself or the organisers of the particular event that I was attending.
B. F.
Best place for choices and relaxing
C. M.
It's ok although I'm not hear apart from having the vaccine
S. P.
I visited. A model railway show. The venue was good the facilities were very clean and food and drinks were available, I go to this venue every year.
c. u.
Was as expected, went on Saturday lots of people attended. Friendly atmosphere
J. J.
Went here yesterday for a Motability event. Great organisational skills were shown. Venue laid out well, free use of mobility scooters, free drink, loads of helpful information and advice
S. F.
Good day out, for family's aswell, lots to see and do.
S. J.
Great place to go to for the mcn motorbike festival, great facilities for camping, peaceful areas with lots of trees&green space. Wonderful to see so many friendly like-minded bikers in one place.
D. W.
Great place. Loads of parking great facilities and food available. Have enjoyed every visit here
. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be visiting again
L. D.
Went for the land rover show it was greater
N. Q.
Glorified aircraft hanger. At least that's how John Bishop referred to it. Can't disagree as the wind was howling outside and the walls and roof were rattling. Seats were narrow and not particularly comfortable bit pretty much what you would expect from a venue of this type. Temperature inside was ok.
Food and drink were quite expensive. Five quid for a plain burger and 3 quid for a small bottle of still water.
Not a venue I would go back to necessarily.
G. Y.
