Once again City Nights Disco provided a 5* service. Vern was very prompt with all emails and questions and nothing was too much trouble. Our DJ on the night was Steve and he did a great job, mixing in our chosen songs with his own selections, which all went down well. We had City Night Discos for our little girls 6th birthday party and they were brilliant. It was the first time we had done a disco party and Vern was so helpful and quick at responding. DJ Tony from City Nights Disco was booked for my daughters 7th birthday party. Tony was fantastic, he was great with the kids and he had lots of games/ideas to keep them entertained. Tony made the party. I cannot recommend them enough. My daughter is still telling everyone who will listen about how much fun she had and how DJ Tony played all the tunes and had lots of ideas for games. The booking process was so easy. Having the DJ made the party a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend, well worth every penny.

• June 25, 2022 DJ James had the dance floor full for the whole night. He played the type of music we requested prior to the event and included some favourites we asked for. The booking process, set up of equipment and clear away were all seamless. We would definitely recommend using them for your next party.

I had DJ Kier for my son's 18th birthday party and he was absolutely brilliant in ensuring that the group had a good time. His choice of music was perfect for the age group, even though given the fact that we did not share a playlist in advance. He was engaging with the group and created a fun filled party environment. Hi Vern, We just wanted to say a massive thank you again to Tony and your team for a wonderful very very delayed Primary school leavers party last night. It was a resounding success and everyone had a great time! The music was fab and if I could have got away with dancing…I would have! :-) We all particularly loved that Rick Astley’s “Never gonna give you up” still is as popular now as it was back in the 80’s!! Hope Tony recovered from the kids requests for non-clean versions of songs - all of them ‘high on sugar'! :-) Despite all the date changes, and questions no problem was too big. Just wanted to write and say how fabulous Tony was! He really did make the evening. We hired City Nights Disco for our wedding reception at Colston Hall and they were brilliant! They were easy to keep in touch with and Vern offered lots of options to cater to our ideas. He offered early set up time to fit with the rest of our day. We had DJ Richard on the night who was very accommodating to our requests! He followed our playlist, inviting certain members of the wedding party to the floor between songs as requested. He provided a range of effects and set up equipment the night before so he was ready to go! He was very easy to talk to and really knew what he was doing. We loved having the blue mood lighting that fit with our colour scheme. The guests had lots of fun and he kept the dance floor busy! The performance was flowing from one song to the next and DJ Richard kept the party atmosphere going all night long! We highly recommend!

We had our daughter's joint party in April and I just had to email to say what an amazing job your DJ's Tony and Chris did. They were so professional arriving and setting up and were great with the kids. Tony kept all the kids engaged and did so many games with them they were never bored. Hats off to him as well for doing all the actions to the songs. We will definitely be recommending your company to friends and have some of your cards to put up on the notice board in the hall. I have booked DJ Dave twice now through City Nights Disco and both parties have been fantastic. They are super easy to deal with, arrive on time and fully prepared. We sent them play request sheets the week before the party and the kids got the tracks they wanted. These parties were for end of term for year 6 kids - the glow theme with ultra violet lighting was a big hit. Very happy to recommend and will most definitely use again.

Everything City Nights did helped make my daughter's 13th birthday disco a huge success. DJs Tony and Chris were fantastic. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient, reassuring and likeable. We really liked the lighting – both the lasers and the amazing uplights - and my daughter said the smoke was fantastic too as it made it really atmospheric. The music was brilliant – a perfect mix of her playlist and the DJ's picks. Everyone had a great time, it seems. I cannot recommend City Nights highly enough.

Well where do i start? My daughter Maisie had a 13th disco on the 20th May 2017. I have older children so know exactly how they like to stand around the edge of the dance floor to shy to get involved. Well there was none of that with the wonderful DJ Chris within minutes of the disco starting the boys and girls were having a dance off.( girls won of course). Chris not only had them dancing he had them laughing and even helped us with the setting up of the cake. He made my daughter feel special by getting her to judge some games. I had endless comments from the adults and children there about how great he was in fact the comments are still being made.. I recommend city nights 100% and will use them for any future discos. Before i go i would also like to add that as well as a fab DJ the whole booking was made so easy by city nights they took all the stress away by their fab communication and super fast reply's to my emails. City Nights sent DJ Tony P and his assistant to play at my daughters 7th birthday party. They were able to keep a hall filled with 20 6 to 7 year old children (and the grown ups!) entertained for a full 2 hours. As well as being very good with the children, organising games, taking requests etc they arrived in plenty of time to set up, were friendly and really helpful. That my daughter and her friends declared it the best party ever is all the recommendation needed really :-)

My daughters 10th birthday on the 20th November and wanted to do something really special for her so thought what Better than a disco party for her so I came across City Nights. I called up and instantly was happy to go ahead with the party, all my questions were answered, I was more than happy with what was offered at such an amazing price. Was a little nervous as what to expect, but on the day of the party at 3.15pm my dj's had turned up and had set up completely by 3.45pm and at this stage I knew I needed not to panic, the party was from 4-6pm and we had Tony and Chris and I was just like to say they were brilliant, thank you Tony and Chris for being such brilliant hosts, my daughter was so happy as was I, Tony and Chris had all the kids up partying for the entire 2 hours. Will defiantly be recommending and you will be hearing from me again. 5 stars all the way!

Communication and organization of the disco was excellent. Vernon helped ensure everything would go smoothly for my son's 13th birthday party - not just for the disco but also advising on how best to combine the disco with my son's first gig. The party itself was a great success. The kids thought the disco was "sick", which I understand is a positive thing (!?!). Aswell as great music and lighting effects, the DJ Mikey was really helpful in co-ordinating Louis' performance with his band during the evening. All in all, I think Louis' 13th birthday party really stood out as different from other discos he's been to recently. Couldn't be happier.

The DJs on the night (Ian and Pete) were prompt and efficient and had clearly done their homework on my daughter's playlist (rather them than me!).
