Reviews of Buddha Lounge
B. B.One of the better clubs on Bedford Place. Good music and vibes. Open till 2am, so plenty of time to have a drink and dance. Doesn't get busy till about 11.30pm. The bar staff are pretty efficient with their service. The only thing to mention is it is not cheap to drink here. Hence, the four stars. This is a good club to either end the night on or come for a few cheeky ones before hitting the Square. But overall, a decent club.
J. C.Excellent club. Both a bar area and a rooftop bar. On most days drinks are reasonably priced. Although during the day in the rooftop bar, the menu is extremely pricey. Similar bars nearby that also have rooftop areas like the Giddy Bridge are much cheaper.
D. S.An average bar/nightclub situated in Bedford Place. The venue is quite small, the bar stretching around the left side of the venue and a small square dancefloor at the back of the club. The playlist is majority house music with some commercial, I personally think it's quite limited and not mixed too well. Drinks are mostly your standard night out beverages, it's a bit pricier than other venues. There is a small amount of seating in the venue as well.
The club does boast a terrace though which is a positive, though i've yet to try it out so my review does not consider this, only the downstairs portion.
c. r.Such a nice venue, with great music every time i have attended. Also with great service, every time i have been it has been very busy, yet service is still very quick. I would highly recommend Buddha to anyone visiting from out of Southampton
