Very large! Too large! Bingo in neath is smaller. Both got nice and inexpensive food, good selection of drinks!

Food great but queued much too long only one young lad serving and some just left queue without waiting any longer. Staff very helpful and friendly games were good large internal space to sit. Would recommend if you didn't mind waiting a long time for a meal

I love Castle bingo, in a group or on your own, you feel part of the crowd. Everyone is so friendly and the staff are great fun. Prices to suit all budgets, try the E Cub, the tablet does it all for you, even mark if your dexterity is not up to holding pens. The prizes vary and i have had some lovely wins. There is a bus stop just outside or the car park has plenty of space and fully lit at night.

My wife loves castle bingo ,she goes about 3 times a week, unfortunately the food has gone terrible lately along with the service at the food counter , so come on castle bingo get a grip on the food situation and the service in the food section .

Just editing my review as my husband and I visited yesterday. What a very enjoyable experience. For £10 for our books, a tot of sherry and mince pie on arrival, a 2 course Sunday lunch which was lovely and entertainment (a singer and he was excellent, I was beaming with happiness) it was faultless and very enjoyable. I always enjoy going here. Always a lovely experience. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Food and drinks are so cheap. Well worth a visit.

Took a bit of getting used to the new way of playing on the electronic pad but got used to it and loved it

Pleasant surroundings but it takes so long to get books and food so leave plenty of time to queue and wait, even when it isn't busy. I asked if they were short staffed but was told no so Castle bingo really need to up their training schedule as this is not acceptable especially as mean age of customers is fairly elderly. That being said the staff that I spoke to were friendly but totally directionless.

Why 3 stars ? Well Bingo hall & staff lovely except when caller & another member of staff decide to have a chat (loudly) while linked up bingo on ! E Cubs ? If that’s what they’re called absolute nightmare sitting by people who obviously there for a chat not Bingo this is 3rd time we have been & it’s constant whispers talking laughing if we can hear them so can staff!!! Bingo used to be fun now it’s constant chatter come on staff can’t you do something?

Tickets expensive for the little prize money, very busy last night same monies paid out for the teaser £10 line £40 full house. Food and drink prices gone up, sausage and chips on a tea plate for £3.75.

Lots of safety measures in place. Meals bought via a coupon. Choice of two meals. Drinks are table service, so can take a while to be served. Games are linked in more often due to lack of numbers I assume, As a lot of tables are unable to be used. Due to this the prizes are smaller and it actually feels like a lesser chance of winning..

Bingo was good in itself. However they only offer a choose of 2 meals due to covid. Neither option was gluten free. Be nice if they had at least one allergy option x

I'd normally give this place a much higher rating but their covid measures are severly lacking. Although they should be operating a table service, they are dreadfully understaffed meaning you get no service at all. Also, they don't have a portable card machine so the staff are taking people's cards up to the bar, not always providing a receipt. This is unsafe. There are not enough sanitising stations, the doors aren't left open and there is no air con meaning it's quite hot and uncomfortable

Was out with excellent company. Considering Covid19 - Well spaced out tables and floor markers around the bar and canteen. People are then left to there own devices and do cross each others paths around the seating areas and collecting the electronic game boards of which they need a clean. Pint of Pepsi Max £1.60. Cheap tasty food - Chicken & Leek Pie, peas & large chips £2.

Have to say I think Mike has to be one of the best bingo callers and doesn’t rush the numbers gives you chance to mark them before moving on to the next, all staff are helpful and will go out of there way to help you.

Castle bingo was really nice seating well organised deco bright and cheerful staff excellent they all work hard food really nice and plenty of it on thing there the custard is and tastes watery everything else great prices on bingo books good price the automatic machine does the same as the books but much easier to use I myself got problems with my eyesight and this is great for me I can relax when playing because I wont miss any numbers great and you dont have to pay any more extra money for them like you do in mecca my only jibe is waiting for each session to begin I now its linked up to other clubs but it is so boring other than that excellent thank you hope this helps everyone

Loves the place itself Bingo was great and the tickets reasonably priced £10.50 for the evening, we throughly enjoy the evening and the variation in bingo games. I have not given this a 5 star rating because the one big let down of the evening was the food..firstly it was not labelled, there was no menu...u just had to look ...guess and go for it. My pasta meal was so overcooked that the pasta was disintegrating it was so soft. Chips were brown yet undercooked and we all found out meals tasteless with the exception of the meal from the salad bar. I know we don't go there for the food but still it was poor quality. The coffee shop area sells toasted sandwiches which were good however the wait was over 15 mins and bingo hadcee started before the food could be eaten...this section should be split into two...a section for drinks and then in another area a section for toasted sandwiches...combining both..the wait to prepare and cook then serve is way too long...the queue was 14 strong when my friend took her place. I will say the staff were fab and the place had a nice atmosphere, the recent refurb is good and I will certainly go again but the food is expensive and the quality of the hot main dishes very poor, but if it's just for the bingo that you go for then you will certainly enjoy your evening. Look on the website for offeres and what type of bingo games are on each night too

Fab afternoon yesterday at the Christmas Lunch event. The staff worked like Trojans all afternoon. Great value for money. My only gripe would be that the sound system wasn't working for the top layer, calls were inaudible so the national game had to be scrapped. It does need attention. Some customers in the bar area were distracting. They had come early for the evening session I thinkand were not playing. Having had my little moan, I can only commend your staff. I was stupid enough to leave my phone, which was luckily handed in and held on my behalf. The lady answering the phone at Castle was lovely. Well done Morriston your staff are fabulous.
