It's a good place to go if you want a game of bingo. However me and my partner went there yesterday and what happened was very shocking nobody wearn masks and dint keep social distance relating to covid-19. So majestic should have been inforcing it as it's in a confined space.

I love my bingo getting out and about. I look forward to a cheerful environment which staff gives most of the time. But it would be nice if other members of the club would not play on the machines during play. Some people like myself can be distractedited so sometimes miss our numbersite. Please can you look into this as I would still love to come to bingo. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting customer care , long story short , I called on 2 lines (£100) and was told the caller didn’t hear me ( even though everyone else heard me ) the caller was too busy chatting , but you know what it’s like u stick to get her at work , I hate complaining because nothing is ever perfect but I was treated very unfairly !!
