N. M.Got my Brillen vari focals from this opticians. I will be honest it was the first time I went to an independent opticians and I had good service and they are the best lenses I have ever had, I wear my specs everyday! Why not 5 stars - the Booth you sit in for the online test needs improvement, this would make it a great experience. However I will be going back in the future because I am extremely pleased with my specs. Thank you
H. C. M. A.Felt safe with the practice taking very good precautions against Covid. The constantly cleaned the entrance door and gave gel/temperature test to each patient. Optician also did her bit cleaning between patients. So all good.

R. L.I have always found Alan Tyler Opticians in Fox Hollies to be very accommodating and helpful.
The gentleman that deals with choosing, sizing and ordering your frame is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was also very patient with me and tolerated me through my indecisive moments of choosing a couple of frames....(I went through 8 frames in total with him all of which had to be ordered in for me to test).
On a number of occasions, I have bent, twisted, scratched either my frames or lenses and he has always resolved the matter with the least amount of fuss.
The receptionist has always been very polite and has that personal touch that the larger opticians lack severely.
I have tried other independent opticians and have found them to be lacking what this branch of Alan Tyler offers and that is one of the reasons that I will keep returning to them.
My whole family also use Alan Tyler and they have had the same experience as well.
