R. W.I very rarely leave reviews but cannot rate Eye Express highly enough. I unfortunately broke my glasses on 17.01.2022, leaving me with just a pair of sunglasses and urgently needed a replacement pair by 20.01.2022 as it's my partners funeral. I rang up and although they didn't have my exact prescription, they came up with a plan B - they could make me a pair of glasses incredibly close to my own prescription on 18.01.2022 so I at least had a pair while waiting for my own to come in. I popped in to pick my frame and was made to feel so welcome, they helped me pick out new glasses and gave me brilliant advice. They rang me on the 18.01.2022, with both pairs having been made and really saved the day. Despite living on the other side of the city, I will be returning for all my eye needs.
L. K.I had a bad experience at another opticians and wasn’t made to feel welcome. Someone recommended me to come to eye express and they took their time to make me feel comfortable. The optometrist conducted a thorough eye examination and was very friendly. The optical assistant helped me choose the right pair of glasses. Overall very impressed with the service. I definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

I visited this opticians and felt compelled to write this review as they were excellent with my children from the optometrist to the optical assistants. They showed kindness and patience and were willing to genuinely help me and my children. This whole experience in the past hasn’t been pleasant at other opticians. Whereas at eye express we were all overjoyed by the level of service.

V. A.I definitely would recommend this opticians to family and friends. The staff here are very polite and make you feel very comfortable. The optometrist (Gurd) did a thorough examination, he was very friendly and professional. The optical assistant (Tathir) helped me pick the best glasses that were also the most comfortable for every day use. Overall this was a very good experience.
H. H.I called in on spec to book an appointment, as it happened they had 1 free space and saw me immediately. The optician I saw was amazing, knowledgeable, professional and gave me more information and advice than I have ever had anywhere else. Jackie helped me pick glasses and chose a pair I would never in a million years have picked up but they are perfect. Went back today to collect and a different lady was there she did my fitting and was so friendly and helpful (sorry I didn't get her name) I have never been happy with previous glasses but these are something else. Thank you so much to everyone at Eye Express the whole process has been faultless, quick, efficient and professional. I have recommended to so many people now as I would not have thought to go there myself and service of this quality needs sharing.

Great prices with Jakki & Tricia are always helpful in explaining the range of lens and frames so suit ur budget. Tricia always makes my kids feel welcome and sort of the family.
