Z. S.I first went to Hodge Hill Opticians in November of 2019. I was suffering from headaches and double vision which my GP and hospital weren't doing anything about. The optician looked at the back of my eyes and immediately knew something was wrong and sent me to the emergency eye hospital. From there I was admitted to hospital and quickly found out I had a blood clot. I was told I only had around 6 months before the clot would have been fatal. I am extremely thankful to this opticians as they are the reason I am alive today. I would very easily recommend.

My daughter broke her glasses and our opticians said they were not repairable and to order another pair, it was stresful for my daughter as she has a high a prescription and we have to wait 2weeks. Walked in to tesco opticians, and naz attended to us, not being a registered patient here she was still very helpfull and polite she fixed the glasses for us within half an hour whilst we did our shopping. Great customer service and will definitely bring my family here when due for our next eyetest.

S.I visited this opticians in December with my boy who had had some vision problems but not diagnosed, the gentleman (optician) who checked his eyes was very good with my son made him calm and the experience of being there positive for him. After a very thorough eye check he diagnosed my son with a eye condition that was affecting his day to day living and gave him the correct lenses he needs they ensured the glasses fitted correctly and after losing a set at school and having accidentally damaged a pair the service of replacing and fixing the glasses has been superb and fast. since the initial visit to the opticians my sons vision has gone from strength to strength and he has made his life very comfortable for him. The service I received was outstanding from the eye check to the after-care and the receptionist/sales assistant is also very friendly towards you and willing to help. I will continue visiting this opticians for my son and I as the service I received is great.
C. L.I went to this optitions a long time ago as kept getting headaches just thought I needed glasses. But turned into somat more serious the gentleman (optition) sent me to the city eye hospital to double check everything was ok from there had to go to good hope. And it went on from there ended up in hospital for 5 days and leading into a lumber puncture and a lot of tests still to do this day I still have regular check up. I have told everyone I know to go to him I also take my daughter and he is just fab with her makes her feel calm and makes her smile.. I 100% recommended this optition I don't know what would have happened if didn't go there that day and wouldn't go anywhere else. Him and his receptionist do an amazing job 😊
K. K.Most polite best opticians iv been too ... iv read the "BAD" reviews and to be honest im always in there because i loose or break my glasses and not once the staff was rude or un helpful. Id reccommend these to anyone!!!!
