R. M.Staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, however ive only left 3 stars because they rearranged my appointment time and didn't inform me. I turned up for my original appointment time only to be told I was late. When I asked why my appointment had been moved I was told it was possibly because it was "more convenient" for them, no explanation as to why i had not been told about this change.
They did manage to fit me in on the same day which was good, but it'd be appreciated if they could inform customers of appointment changes in the future. No issues otherwise.

M.I telephoned last Friday after having major difficulties in another store .Kaz was amazing got me an appointment ( a cancellation) that afternoon I was so relieved as I have brain cancer and was having major problems with my eyes . When I arrived in store I was sent into have eye tests Kashif was so amazing and very reassuring as I was very fraught as I had just been told it has spread .Kashif was amazing explained everything in ways I could understand . Then he handed me over to a fabulous lady Fatima who did field tests . I was given a new prescription and Fatima helped me choose distance and reading frames , as it was getting later shop was quieter and other staff helped it was just like being with friends . I am picking new glasses soon .I came out of the store on top of the world and it has renewed my faith in people .Top management should give themselves a Pat on the back as this team are A+++++ and they are lucky to have them

H.I have been here on several occasions over the past few years and have always found the staff kind, supportive, helpful and honest with no hard-selling etc. I felt they cared about my eyes and provided impartial advice. Me and my family saw Kashif the optician today and he was extremely professional
