Pop in get your glasses cleaned, also no quibble repairs!
A. R. S.They are okay! I had difficulty getting them to accept a foreign eye prescription. I am not buying any drugs for which foreign prescription would definitely be dubious to accept. I really don’t understand why they have to worry about a glass for which I am supply my own prescription. If I am supplying my own prescription then I am taking the full liability. It seemed like they want me to take a £25 eye test to give them more business. That doesn’t sound right! Seems like all UK spectacle makers are similar! Boots was downright racist saying they don’t accept Indian eye prescription!! So I guess specsavers were slightly better in that sense that they at least accepted my foreign eye prescription. For future users who need glass in emergency: get your foreign doctor to clearly state the date of your examination, date of recall /re-examination and sign your prescription. Then Specsaver staff will not have anything to complaint about.
L. W.Amazing experience from start to finish. Eye test was the most thorough I have experienced, exceptional customer service. I was put at ease and all Covid precautions were in place. Special mention to optometrist O. Orotayo who is a credit to your store! Pleased with glasses. Highly recommend.

G. M.This specsavers isn't the best to be honest. The staff can be a little weird with you, attitude and body language. But the optometrist there illyas is so kind and relatable, makes you feel comfortable, speaks in a calm tone and really informs you of everything he is doing. I am not well at the moment and he made my visit a 5/5..
