I visited specsavers castle vale today with my son to select a frame. We were served by Chloe who was extremely helpful, professional and took time out to help us.

I had an eye test here and chose My glasses. I was really happy with the service and everyone was really friendly which was nice because I have never needed glasses before and was unsure of everything but I was taken through it step by step and My glasses arrived early. My glasses are perfect and I'm really benefiting from these glasses already 😊 thanks everyone at Specsavers Castle Vale 👓

Fabulous service from this small branch. As a Customer Service Manager myself, I always appreciate good service so wanted to write a review. Really nice friendly and honest optician (Sarah) who didn't try and push anything unnecessary, but did manage to sway me to try some contact lenses for my rugby shaped eyeball! & a very patient and friendly staff member (Sasha) who wet above and beyond to get me replacement glasses, as I was stuck with just prescription sunglasses after losing my only pair of glasses. I spent ages browsing and wasn't rushed once. Thank you :)

Had an eye test and best glasses from this optician. From the moment I walked into the shop I was welcomed from friendly staff. I have been to a few opticians previously however this one is certainly the best one. For the first time I was shown photos of my eyes and the lovely lady optician explained everything to me ( sorry forgot your name.) I didn't feel rushed as I chose my frames and actually chose ones I liked instead of feeling a nuisance and picking anything. Well done Specsavers Castlevale and thank you. Michelle.

Went in for my eye test today with Sarah (director)... absolutely fantastic person full of life and joy!! Really went out her way for me to deliver a service beyond brilliance. I got off to a bad start with the ophthalmologist rushing me on the eye test. The next stage where you have the glasses set was also unprofessional. My glasses arrived shortly before I was off to Spain and straight away I knew there was a problem. I had to look almost to my chin to be able to read with the glasses on. I didn't have enough time to get them adjusted due to my trip abroad. I gave up with the varifocals, but was fairly happy with the sunglasses. I emailed the manager, Sasha and she explained that the varifocals will need to be reset. Eventually, I got my glasses back and will re-edit this review if necessary. Next time I use this store I will ask for Sasha as she appears to be the most competent member of the team. Without her input, this would have been a one star rating

Excellent eye test from Sonia she was so professional but also friendly. Gemma helped me to choose my glasses she was very patient and attentive. Mandy was very helpful when collecting my glasses making sure they fit well.
