Amazing service! Had my test done as well as buying new frames; I had lovely help from Monisha who helped me with picking new frames. Staff have implemented great COVID-19 measures to ensure everyone’s safety. Highly recommend the store for your optical needs.

I developed serious concerns about my eyesight during lockdown and Harborne Specsavers were excellent. After an in-depth phone consultation I was invited to a socially isolated appointment. The protective systems in place were severe, and strictly adhered to; yet I still received personable and highly professional attention. Very impressed!

Went to choose some new glasses. Covid rules during lockdown, phone for an appointment so numbers in store can be controlled. All glasses have been disenfected on the wall, so when you try on and don't like, you don't put them back on the wall you leave them in the allocated spot. The ones you like you keep hold of them through to your purchase.

I made an appointment for my elderly mother who had suffered a deterioration in her eyesight during lockdown. The staff at Harborne are fantastic and I couldn't fault their response. They phoned beforehand to check the eye history to minimise the time in store and social distancing, PPE, signage etc when we got there was very thorough and well thought out. Friendly, caring, professional staff - highly recommended.

I waited quite a few minutes before I was seen even though I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. However, the optician was thorough and I was very impressed with the examination of my eyes. I had a good selection of glasses to choose from and the assistant was very helpful. I was also very happy with the two for one deal because I needed sunglasses 😎 too.

A really thorough eye test and really helpful staff. There is a wide selection of frames available for all ages. They do hearing tests too. The only downside is they are always trying to offer extras on the lenses, thinning, glare, tint etc and can be a bit much sometimes. Aside from that a really good service.

Nice staff. Diappointed with service. Had an appointment. When I arrived,on time, was kept waiting 20mins.My glasses couldn't be located. After 40 min 1 pair was found...The others weren't ready... A phone call for an appointment change would have been easy.
