M. H.From the moment I first called, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and the examination resulted in me getting several sets of spectacles that are both stylish and effective. Swapping to my new glasses has been like having a veil lifted. Unlike many of the chain shops that are on commission I was left to select my own frames with no hard sell. The quality of the glasses is excellent. I wish I had been to the shop before. Kingstanding is very lucky to have someone like Raj and his team (Vicky and Mandy). 100% recommended.

K. A.Like others have already said, the service here was so professional and very friendly.
Raj was extremely thorough and really easy to talk to. Where I'd had problems with a hospital referral for my daughter and was concerned she was missing out on treatment she needed, Raj stepped in to assist with this. The service we received here gave me the confidence it would be dealt with in an efficient manner, which has taken a huge weight off my shoulders.
The lady out the front (we didn't catch her name unfortunately) helped keep our 3 year old entertained while we had our eyes tested and again, was very pleasant and welcoming.
We felt really valued as customers, thanks to all of the staff at this place and we couldn't fault the service at all. We most certainly will be returning. BIG thank you to The Spectacle Company :)

J. P.What a fabulous optometrist and assistant. Over the last few weeks we have had 3 family appointments in the family from the eldest to the youngest and each time The Spectacle Company deliver.
From the moment you walk through the door a friendly face greets you and explains everything and then the eye test itself is thorough and again everything explained and any questions you may have (believe me I had loads) were answered to the best of their knowledge. I have been stressing about sudden loss of vision in one eye and been to several opticians to help me get to the bottom of it with no support or guidance but the Spectacle company have reassured me, referring me to a hospital and talked me through all the possibilities and eased my worries. The range of frames they have all below £100 is amazing. Why on earth did I not find this place sooner?!? I will be recommending to all my friends and family.
J. B.Can't recommend this place enough. My 4 year old has been prescribed glasses by the hospital. I called them to ask if the could help and they were so lovely on the phone. I went and we picked glasses, my daughter was a little nervous but the lady was so nice with her. We ordered the glasses the Wednesday and had them by Saturday. This was just before the lock down.
I called on Tuesday and the optition man was so helpful on the phone. Definitely went above and beyond to help sort my daughters glasses

Raj and Vicky from the Spectacle Co. really are exceptional, lost my glasses at 2.00pm on Tuesday..spoke to a colleague who recommended them , went over at 3.30 in the afternoon and explained what had happened and desperately needed a replacement as no spare and had to be in Jersey on Saturday had my prescription sent over from one of the chain of opticians who I’ve been with for over fifteen year’s only to find the prescription had lapsed..! Raj then volunteered to see me at 6.00pm for an eye test , bought two pair’s of glasses that were cheaper than what I had paid for one pair.at my usual opticians , at 08.00 on Wednesday morning received a text to say one pair of glasses ready to collect.. a truly first class service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😊
I. p.Brilliant place. I tried a well known place not gonna name but they got my glasses wrong andy contacts wrong. Went back to the place I knew and they sorted me out brilliantly. Got my glasses today and I can finally see again and my contacts in the post can’t wait to get back to wearing them. Wouldn’t of think of going any where else now.
