L.I'm a little bit late for writing a review of this wonderful establishment, but my experience was so outstanding I want to let the world know! I have terrible anxiety and am currently going through quite a bit of medical work, the team here at Classic Eyes was so amazingly kind, understanding, patient, and accommodating of all of my needs, I was genuinely blown away. The actual business itself is remarkably clean, accessible, flexible, swanky, classy, and elegant. When you walk in you just know that you're getting the best treatment possible, and you can tell that they really care, not just about the health of your eyes, but your body and mind too. So, thank you to everyone who is a part of the Classic Eyes team! You're all the best of the best, and I'm wishing you all of the success the world has to offer.

T. T.The staff here are very friendly and efficient. I had a diabetic eye screening appointment and it was carried out with care and understanding. Lovely place! Clean and well maintained. There are stairs but if you need help here, there is a stairlift in place but it does not get in the way if you do not need it.
E. D.I am indebted to Classic Eyes Bournemouth for being able to see me at short notice after badly scratching my eye. Due to Covid restrictions I was unable to be seen by the Eye Hospital could not get any other medical help so late on a Saturday and was in a lot of discomfort. I had phoned several other chain opticians in Bournemouth and none would help or even offer advice. I was given a thorough examination a few hours after phoning and clear instructions for helping my eye to heal as well as a follow-up appointment for a few days after. I'm happy to report I am feeling much better and I am grateful for the care and attention I received from Najin. As a bonus we have now found a brilliant opticians!

S. L.Wow wow wow. Now I know why my mum and uncle use here. Yes expensive but set up the £12 direct debit. Literally got seen the same day and what a service.😊😊
So many eye test machines, latest technology and refreshing to see the same lady for both the eye test and the contact check . Yeyan Xu showed me every test result on the computer screen and found out my problem that scrivens have missed for years plus Specsavers too.
I have congenital cataracts in both eyes meaning from birth plus another rim problem. Not only that she worked out why my eyes weren't able to accept the contacts scrivens gave me which was because my pupil surface so flat that they didnt stick and stay. Yearly tests now not two yearly.
I cannot recommend Yeyan Xu more highly. Also nice to know that when my new contacts come in its her i get to see.
Well done classic eyes.😊😊👌 You have all the mod cons. To find out I've had cataracts from birth . Superb job.
