B. N.Popped in to ask for a minor repair on my Mum’s specs as they were opening up one morning. Very friendly and helpful staff fixed the problem, and free of charge! Noticed their Fabulous & Affordable package and booked an appointment for the following day for an eye test. Very professional optician and all hi-tech equipment. Wide choice of frames and best brand lenses. Highly recommend Kelly Eyecare, so much so that my partner has followed my example and ordered new glasses too.

I have never been satisfied with the service I have received from any of them and I’ve had to have the glasses I ordered checked and remade on numerous occasions. However on this occasion I was recommended to go to the Kelly Eyecare store in Winton, Bournemouth and I was very very happy with the eye test, the range of glass frames available and with the service I received for the fitting. Since collecting my glasses I have had no problems with them what so ever. I’ve not had to have them adjusted or changed in any way. I therefore cannot praise the service I received from Kelly’s highly enough. Thank you Kelly Eyecare for making this eyecare visit a very positive experience for me. I will definitely visit your store again and will have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
