E. E.George saved my life! I've had my glasses for too many years to remember,my one and only pair snapped right on the bridge. There was no way to repair them. As a temporary measure and within 10 minutes,George pit my lenses into a temporary pair meaning I could see again! Another very well known optician didn't even return my call after leaving a message,so vision express will always be my no 1 choice.

A.Initial appointment lady spoke to fast, impersonable. 2nd guy re fitting and deciding glass impersonable no substance to find out what I needed from my new glasses. 1st pair arrived blurry why trying on and recommend to try for a week. Glass made me feel sick and long distance was not defined at all. Disappointing
Second visit. Locolm in great service to get lenses right. George the manager superb service with assisting the right glasses frame to ensure not touching my cheek. Had fun doing this ended up with kids glasses. Mentioned blue tint for computer use as no upscale, and George put through for a quick collection as leaving Bristol in under 6 days. Recommendations as follows, training required on how to deliver excellent customer service. Put staff in customers shoes, don't treat customers as numbers , professional attitudes go along way,

Saw a lovely guy Alistar who gave me an eye test and had a look round took out 2 eyelashes and advised me to get eye ointment from the chemist of which I did and 2 days later the eye is back to normal however I have to go for a check 2 weeks later

I recently moved my main opticians from the VE store in Chippenham (now closed) to this one and considering the difficulties with Covid-19 I felt they were very professional in working around complications. Not only that but they were far more friendly than that of Chippenham's store (not meaning everyone, maybe just an impression I got from one tired employee) but they went out of their way to give me a good service. Ordered two glasses to be delivered to my door and they were late due to Covid as explained in their 2x 25% off vouchers + another 50% off voucher.. but a pleasant surprise was to see my old glasses had been completely replaced with a new frame :) very happy
