E. R.I have been coming here for over 10 years Staff helpful and friendly, especially Vicki who patiently taught me how to put in/remove my new lenses. I am always seen on time. Much less stressful than other high street opticians I've tried. Very high standard of care which I appreciate as my prescription is quite complicated. Started using Ortho K lenses a couple of years ago after daily lenses were no longer suitable and I have been amazed at how good my vision is.

V. F.I admit to be somewhat sceptical of the Ortho-K process when I first visited, I wanted to believe but as a long term contact lens wearer it just sounded too good to be true. My old soft lenses were starting to cause me some serious issues but I'm not a fan of full time glasses so I wanted to give it a go. Starting with the bad - hard lenses are uncomfortable at first, I'm fast approaching the 'distinguished' age category so my eyes aren't a flexible as they once would have been and this meant it took a few goes and a bit of time to get the lenses right. I had a bit of blurring/double vision at times and the fade (seeping back to short sightedness) would come on earlier than was convenient. Now the good - Salim and the team were really patient, optimistic and helpful and we persevered to find the right lens for me. You don't have to wait weeks for appointments, they are punctual when you are there and they even have some things out for little ones which stopped my toddler pulling all the glasses off the display! Now the absolutely bloody amazing - it actually works. I pop the lenses in overnight, take them out when I wake up and have good vision for most of the day, I go a little short sighted again in the evening when I'm tired so I have some glasses for night driving but this was a choice we made so I wouldn't be long sighted in the mornings. My eyes are massively more healthy as they are getting much more air, no more redness and puffiness. They are much more comfortable and an added bonus - I am now much less sensitive to light which used to be a real problem but is now a thing of the past. I highly recommend the team at Optical Revolution and I highly recommend the Ortho-K process.

After a serious car accident 7 years ago and numerous visits to a multitude of opticians and doctors, Sal was the only person who actually took the time to listen to my needs and his care and assistance has been second to none. I really cant thank him enough. I would also like to personally thank Vicky for her wonderful customer service- she always goes above and beyond to try and make things run as smoothly as possible. Fitting and follow up abysmal.
On fitting/selection no one seemed clear on optional extras. Spectacles not checked on delivery. A feature was missing. They don’t carry soft nose pads
Hinge screws had to be adjusted at home. Advised ready on redelivery but no one had checked to see if prescription was correct before ringing me. For £300 plus one expects high standards
C. J.Brilliant. Having someone in my family who is young with special needs, we thought it was going to be tough to get her to have her eyes tested, how we were wrong. They were amazing, as the alphabet was too difficult to understand due the disability we thought that it would be impossible to have her eyes tested. However, there was an alternative, they use images instead of letters. For example they would ask what she sees, and there would be a row of animals (e.g. duck, chicken etc.). I've been going here for years now, have never had a bad experience. Incredible.

D.So honestly where do i start? my needs are very specialist as i am a gentleman who is immuno suppressed due to having two double lung transplants in the last 10 years and being a diabetic. so when i first met Salin and his front of house staff i was looking for an optician that i could form a lasting bond with and that there would be continuity rather than seeing someone different each time and having to explain my medical background to them and feeling like i was just a customer and not a patient. Well i was pleasantly surprised when i sat down with Salin and explained everything to him and we formed an instant bond and i felt that i could trust him to take care of my eyes. Each visit i made to see him cemented our relationship as patient and optician and i felt i could trust Salin implicitly. The service i have received has been incredibly professional and i could not have asked for a better practice to attend with my specialist needs. As well as Salin being unbelievably professional, his front of house staff Vicky and Chris were just as stunning when it came to looking after the ordering and booking of my appointments, (which i must add were always on time), and keeping me updated on everything related to my contact lenses and glasses, especially Vicky who has been my first point of contact each time ive visited the surgery and always greets me with a huge smile and a happy demeanour, she has been very good at assisting me in choosing frames and fitting my glasses and contact lenses, she constantly calls me to remind me of appointments and when my lenses were ready for collection. I think that the surgery is run like a well oiled machine from start to finish and would recommend it to anyone who requires an optician who attends to every need and who shows fantastic attention to detail and treats each and every patient like a friend. Thank you Salin, Vicky and Chris very much for looking after me and keeping me reassured that i am always n the safest of hands, Highly Recommended. X

M.I visited this store for the first time on Saturday, to find out about varifocal lenses and was greeted by Kelvin, I was surprised about the relaxed but informative way everything was explained to me with no pressure to purchase,the store is open planned and not crowded like my previous opticians , I left with all the knowledge I needed to make my own judgment on the lenses and will be booking an appointment in the near future, customer service at it’s best, well done .
