Fabulous service, eye test was thorough and staff were all polite and friendly. I would recommend Boots to everyone.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Had some issues with their contact lens scheme but the branch is perfectly good. Unfortunately there isn't much free parking nearby and it's about £4 for an hour in the shopping centre where this store is.

I've been very impressed by the customer service I've received at Boots Opticians at the Intu centre in my last few visits. I have a lot of issues with my eyes and neck pain caused by my job as a computer programmer working with VDU's all day every day. The staff have gone to great lengths to assist me in getting my glasses just right including several changes to my varifocals to get them right, including a switch to occupational lenses resulting in a significant refund despite it being the 3rd set of lenses none of which I was charged for beyond the price difference of the lenses, including a refund when the difference was in my favour. They have been just as responsive on a recent visit regarding subsequent changes to my order. I'm aware that there are opticians offering cheaper alternatives, but I consider the superior after sales service and the excellent range of designer frames to be worth the price, particularly given the exacting requirements of my job.
