S. P.Brought my youngest here after concerns for his eyesight, especially starting main stream school and it became noticeable within class ✏️
The team here at John Fell have been brilliant...From booking appointments with Reception, getting his eyes tested (anticipating wether they will be a fidget bum or sit nicely for the duration 🤭) and setting him up with a pair of glasses. They have been warm and welcoming throughout!!
It has made my experience a pleasant one as you could see each member of staff were on board to making my child feel very comfortable and involved in the process, which for some can be daunting the prospect of wearing glasses 👓
