An excellent practice. Karen is the most passionate and knowledgeable optician I have ever met and always takes the time to explain any vision changes and options very carefully and I am very happy with my contact lenses and glasses care. There is always a good range of frames to choose from at a range of prices for adults and children and the staff in the reception are always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Walkers Opticians.

I called Walkers this morning as I’d developed blurred vision over the last week or so, Karen, the optician rang me back to discuss my problem, she then squeezed me in later this week, her receptionist called me an hour or so later to ask if I could come in this afternoon as they’d had a cancellation. Brilliant service! When I arrived in the super Covid protected space for my appointment, the service was nothing short of exceptional. They are professional, yet friendly, they are extremely knowledgable and explain complex things very well. Even though the news wasn’t what I was hoping for, my options were detailed sensitively. All in all, amazing service - thank you.

My husband recently took some Tom Ford sunglasses to be repaired - they hadn't been purchased at Walkers - and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They fixed them - free of charge as they are a registered stockist - even though we were quite prepared to pay for them. Excellent, friendly service. Will certainly go there for eye tests etc in future.
