The quality of the people is definitely good, I can't just give them the 5 stars because their thinning technique is quite out of date and thus they work perfectly fine for anyone with aa low prescription but I'm afraid that they're not suitable for people with high levels of myopia for example which is my case; my new 9.75 lense is way thicker than my old 11.25 and I've had to make 3 adjustments already since the glass is too thick and I have to either use them super loose which ends with them falling or super tight, harming my ears. It's a shame because they are really nice people, amazing prices and the best service, the problem is only the lenses for weird or a bit more uncommon cases like mine.

Emergency appointment as lost only pair of Variofocals at weekend. Thorough eye examination. Excellent Covid procedures in place. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Staff very knowledgeable and attentive. PPE used by all staff. Social distancing in place. All items I touched had to be placed in a tray then removed for cleaning. Highly recommend.
