Both the optician and the counter staff were engaging, welcoming, and happy to converse - turned out both the optician and myself came from Malaysia, so we had an interesting chat about living out there. The eye test was done well and everything was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. I have no hesitation in recommending both this particular optician (Annie Sim) and Vision Express. My new glasses were ready to collect 2 days after my eye test.

Visited for eye examination , and while I had to wait a few minutes , was dealt with very professionally by optometrist and the two other members of staff.Advice regarding frames and type of lenses and pricing was both helpful and informative. My third time at Vision , and eagerly await collecting in a few days. Glad I visited, as a defect to the back of one eye was pointed out, Thank you F. C.

I found the staff to be professional and very considerate over my disability. After my eye test I was shown a wide variety of glasses and eventually settled on 2 pairs. You jave to be careful of the cheapest designs as these look like cheap plastic but I could not be happier with my choices and will revisit for my next set.

Eyes test👍🏾 Seem to be a great environment for working Kian was lovely, ability to listen, competent, empathetic, and benevolent. Usman was pleasant, respectful, qualified, patient. Sadly, I couldn't wait 1 week for getting my new lenses. That is why, they gave me severals contacts. So as to, get my lenses promptly. Overall, when I make comments online. This is for telling something negative about the professional behavior. But for the first time of my life I'm going to say YES. Finally, I came across people with professional attitude in this vision.🤩 The both make me comfortable. So, thank you. I recommend Vision Express from Costorphine Meadow. Usman, and Kian don't change, ok right, if you do guys. Please, remaining positive😁 See you soon😉

The service is brilliant but buyer beware, the Landrover brand of glasses turned out to be expensive creaky plastic that lasted all of three months before needing replacement. Why I thought they would be durable I don’t know. Reminds me of a Freelander I had with a dodgy 1.8 litre petrol engine from new. Oh well, at least the staff were very nice.

Appointment was 15mins late but staff couldn’t have been nicer and optromisitst was excellent. The problem with waiting was that is was freezing cold in the waiting area.
