a. c.Highly professional environment yet very welcoming and friendly. The eye-test was quick and precise, the frame and the lenses were ordered and prepared in a very short time. I cannot stress enough the great work of one staff member in particular, Ruby Shahzad, she really went above and beyond to make sure my prescription sunglasses were perfect for me. Best optician in town, for sure.
m. w.Having received an excellent service for years, I'd strongly recommend this Wilson Street Practice. Firstly, the optician (Jonathan) always shows professionalism, care, and attention to detail. He explains stages of the various 'eye tests' clearly, and answers questions in a kind, well informed and sensible way.
Also, the range of lens, and frames is very good. There' s a brand which I'd never seen before - and which I've now enjoyed wearing for years. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Once I had been given a prescription, the reception staff were happy to let me stay and browse the huge range of glasses. They got me my glasses a few days earlier than expected which was a bonus and they're always really friendly and efficient. Really chuffed!
