o. o.I had bought glasses from them 2 years ago so decided to get an eye test there as I was due and loved their range of glasses. Very thorough and efficient eye test, all my questions were answered and she was very kind. The front staff were incredibly helpful, very friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure I got the best option as I was on a very tight timescale. Really felt very grateful and will continue to use them. It was a far more personal experience than I have received at other leading opticians. Thank you!!
J. W.I had a great experience all round. The optician was excellent and so were the staff. Everyone was lovely and great at their jobs. I love the way they organise the glasses, they aren’t divided by gender but by size. So for all my gender non-conforming friends this is great. It means I have actually have got the best fitting glasses of my life and they suit me the best too.

A. N.As echoed by every other review, Katie, the optometrist of the store, is a true professional and lovely to work with. She explained everything clearly and helped identify the most suitable prescription for my eyes and my line of work.
There is a wide range of frames that should suit most people's faces and you are in no way pressure to buy a pair from them after getting your eyes checked.
M.Visited this opticians in June 2021 with such a great experience that I feel compelled to write a review (something I wouldn't normally do). I had bought a pair of nice, reasonably priced glasses, given the floor staff my prescription and picked up my specs that same day. Leaving the store happy, I had worn my glasses that night and realised they were a bit tight (something that only becomes noticeable after some wear) and that my prescription seemed a bit off when compared to my 10 year old Ray-bans.
I have had my eyes tested routinely over the past 10 years with new prescriptions being given but I've just never bothered to buy new glasses. Feeling a bit of a nuisance, I returned back to the store the next day with my old and new glasses. The friendly floor staff had quickly introduced me to Katie (the Optometrist) who was super polite and helpful in checking what prescription was in my 10 year old glasses. Turns out my old glasses had double the prescription when compared to my brand spanking new specs. Katie was quick to give me a full free eye test to determine if my new prescription was correct (turns out it is) while answering all the queries that I had regarding issues with my eye sight. I had questions answered by Katie during my eye test that several Optometrists have never been able to answer!
I had a great experience with all the staff who came across genuine, friendly and approachable. They all seemed happy to be at their work creating a relaxed atmosphere, knew their products and were happy to give an honest opinion. Katie was great, knowledgeable, easy to chat to with a very friendly demeanour, 10/10. I'll be back.

A. S.I absolutely love this optician. The store is really stylist, I adored the art work. The optician was lovely and she explained everything to me in a way that was clear and that made sense to me, I felt she listened to my concerns. The equipment is all high tech. The sales person was lovely and he knew his stuff, he was honest with me and that was appreciated, there was no hard sales, just honest advice. The actual sale of the specs were clear and I knew how much everything was. It was impressive that while I was getting my eyes tested, the sales staff offered my partner a cup of tea while he waited, it the little touches that means I will be definitely be going back to this store and encouraging my partner and others to go to this store.
